I was in this morning around 8:30 to get gas in my fleet bus and I ended up having to go inside to get the receipt because the machine was making a funny noise. I also had $20 worth of powerball tickets to check. I waited my turn and asked for my gas receipt and laid my 2 powerball tickets on the counter and asked for those to be checked. She gave me my receipt then took my tickets turned around and supposedly checked them and told me neither one was a winner and asked me if she could throw them away. I of course said yes but realized it didn’t make sense because I knew I had the powerball number 21 at least twice maybe 3 and also had 3 of the correct winning numbers. I sincerely feel like she lied to my face and I want the cameras checked to see if she stole them and my money. If she didn’t and was actually telling the truth then I will apologize but if she did all hell will break loose! I know there been employees at different Casey’s store that have stolen like that. It just better not have happened to me or else. I definitely won’t take my tickets back again anyways. I never play but just did this time for fun and because my family could have used the money! Enclosed is a copy of my gas receipt for the time I was there and gave her the tickets

We ordered two large pizzas from this Casey’s to be delivered via door dash. The pizzas were over an hour later than promised and the quality was extremely poor. We ordered a taco pizza and a meat galore pizza (plus an additional two toppings- black olives and mushrooms) and both only came with the same amount of toppings as a single topping pizza! It also came in 4 boxes with a few slices in each. We love Casey’s pizza so this was extremely disappointing.

Came in to get a drink, as I was prepping said drink I got a sideways remark from who I guess was the manager saying “there’s a trashcan right behind you, sir.” She then proceeded to grap the lid I had grabbed by accident and my straw wrapper and throw it away…did I walk away from the trash and leave it there? No, wasn’t done prepping my drink. If your that angry with your job don’t take it out on customers please, take a day off and chill. Drink was good btw.

I placed a curbside order which said it would be ready at 5:16 PM. When I arrived at the store I tried to use the “I’m here” button as the app told me to do, but it did not work. After 5 minutes of trying, I went into the store and asked them for the order myself. Despite it being 5 minutes after the due time for the order, they informed me they hadn’t even started working on it yet. Do yourself a favor and order food from somewhere else.
