Terrible nightshift staff. Their night shift manager James has called me twice in two weeks offering excuses for my order. First- they ran out of meat and no one could cut more. Tonight- no driver I had to pick my order up or give him the number to DoorDash. When I got there, there were 2 employees plus 2 other guys in the store goofing off. I now have to try to get DoorDash to refund the driver tip and delivery fee. No attempt at trouble shooting, no customer service. This was all after 34 minutes of waiting. Cold subs aren’t worth the hassle.

I just want to be clear, I love jimmy johns subs. I used to work at one in Parkersburg. Recently the one downtown closed due to lack of management and staffing in general. This particular location has also been struggling to find managers. So on top of my personal rating above regarding this particular restaurant, I would like to ask everyone to be civilized. These people are working very hard to fix the problems they are facing. I’ve seen people come in just to complain without having much to show for their complaints. Just because corporate advertises as freaky fast doesn’t exempt JJ drivers from traffic safety regulations. My advice to both the restaurant and the customers – don’t take advertisements literally.

I have never experienced a restaurant that is so habitually horrible. I occasionally give them a chance considering I get off late and they’re one of the few places still open but each time the order takes 2 hours to arrive yet I live less than 1 mile away.

Placed an order online for pickup. Get home (30 minute drive each way) to find that both sandwiches we ordered the turkey was substituted for ham. $35 for two sandwiches and no one could be bothered to let us know turkey was out. I would have preferred no meat

My bad experience started when I went to a location closer to my home on a Saturday afternoon, only to find it closed despite it showing as open online. Since my family really wanted JJ, I then placed an online order for this location and paid for it so that it would be ready when I arrived, since it is a little further out of my way and had my 2 year old that i was having to take in and out of the car each time. When I got to this 2nd location, the sign on the door said they were closed until 1-130pm due to no bread (it was 1230pm). I called the number in my email since I had paid already, and someone answered and said the bread was done and they would have it ready in 5-10 minutes and they would text/ call me if I didn’t mind waiting a few, so I said I would even though my 2 year old was getting antsy. After sitting in the car for 20 minutesand not heading anything, I called again and was THEN told they didn’t have bread for one of my sandwiches, so at that point I was extremely frustrated and told them to just cancel the order since they couldn’t complete for my whole family, which i would have told them to do 20 minutes prior had I have known that. I was told the order would be canceled, but a day later, it is still showing on my bank account with no credit. Extremely frustrating that NEITHER location in Morgantown showed they were closed online for a Saturday afternoon, and one even allowed me to place an order only to find out it was closed after I arrived and already paid for the food!

I stood at the counter for about 5 minutes before even anyone aklogeled I was there. A girl came from the back playing on her phone waited on me. The bread had to be over baked or old. It was hard as a rock. This place is deff. Not freaky fast.

My daughter and I stopped by to have lynch. Service was terrible. Not greeted at all. Store was filfy. Food all over tables. Dirty napkins on floor and tables. Floors sticky. You could clearly see the employees were there to collect a pay check only. I’ll go spend $25 at dairy queen next. I will never go back to this location in Suncrest town center.

Absolutely the worst place to order from in morgantown. To give you 1 reason why, our order took 8 hours to deliver. Absolute waste of location. Remove it and put something better in this plaza.
