Fries were soggy and the drive-thru service guy thought it would be funny to wave my bag around the window a bit as I was reaching for it. The chicken strips were perfect. Cone was made so that the top was curled and leaning very off to the side, that had to take a quick bite to keep it from falling off. Gotta say though that usually it is more of a 4 star place. If this was my first visit, it would have been a two.

I witnessed a male employee with blonde hair intentionally put his mouth directly on my Blizzard before handing it to me and then laugh. He realized I caught him when he tried handing it to me and than proceeded to play it off and threw it out. This is a serious food safety concern.

I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate and the local health department so this incident can be properly investigated. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will escalate it to state food safety authorities. Management should review surveillance footage and immediately remove him. He did this too confidently as if it’s not the first time.

I was very impressed with their service at the Foxboro location. I overheard George, the manager, training staff. He taught them what Customer Service is all about. Polite, personable and expressing your appreciation for your business. I believe it’s the key to their success.

The foxboro location the staffing is joke. I have been here numerous times and there’s always only 4-6 people working. And I understand that in the fall/winter it’s less busy but these employees are overworking themselves when a rush comes in and I have seen people stop their break just to help. If you don’t have enough staff hire more people. Also I see the same manager on duty every time there should be 4-6 managers and 1 or two should be on at a time. The manager who is always there has done an amazing job with what he’s given but damn people either need to start getting put on the clock or they should have to call people in.
4 people no matter the circumstance is crazy because that means one’s a manager, one’s cooking, one’s on drive through, and ones upfront cashiering. There need to be at least 2 more and they can just clean or once it gets to the end of their shift have them go home early.

To the owner/manager this is the worst run Dairyqueen I have been to. 6 kids standing around doing nothing but asking when their break is while customer s wait for 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich, fish sandwich and 2 fries. Which were cold. There was someone there before me and he was still waiting when I left. I told him he had the patience of God.
Wake up, your people are killing your business.
I would give this location negative stars if it were possible.

Prices are insane. Over $15 for 2 blizzards, and they were mediocre at best. They were melty and toppings stopped about halfway through. I’ve lived in Foxboro for 3 years and stop in from time to time hoping things have improved, but they never do. Save yourself some time and money and buy a couple pints of something nice at the grocery store.

Hands down, one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time! The service is incredibly fast—quicker than McDonald’s or Wendy’s—and the staff is exceptionally polite. My food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the $7 chicken tenders meal with gravy and an ice cream—it’s an unbeatable deal in this economy. You can’t go wrong with great food and even better service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is what they gave me for the price of $8.23. A cup of ice cream that’s not even as tall as my pen with the top 1-6 layer, whip cream! Are we even better? It seems like they ran out of cheesecake, and instead of telling me just put more strawberry! What an absolute disappointment!! Unfortunately, it’s a joke of an establishment! on a freaking Friday! it takes a lot to disappoint you on a Friday, but this ice cream /syrup and gram crackers in a sippy cup isn’t Dairy Queen I know if you can find any more. But now I know why

I went in after the patriots game today and I was beyond appalled at what I heard from behind the counter. The short black cook dude went up to the guy at the register taken my order and he accused that person of wanting to murder someone. While I was waiting for my order to be ready I then heard him saying other things about people there wanting to murder people and just him saying everything to himself. I do not think this person is in a good environment nor do I think the people who are working with him are safe.
