Why am I paying $6-7 for a drink that is 2-4 inches from being full? The photo isn’t anywhere near the worst one I received…it just happens to be the last one that I got from here. I can go to the Starbucks inside Giant or Target and they don’t do this. This happens every single time I get a latte from here. It’s ridiculous, and I personally don’t choose this location for this reason. I only get drinks here when someone else is getting it for me or someone I’m with wants to stop quick to pick up a drink. It’s very disappointing and should not be happening every time. I also shouldn’t have to go back and ask them to remake it. They are baristas…they have to know from the weight that the cup isn’t anywhere near full! I’m being nice and giving 2 stars instead of 1, since the drinks usually taste good.
While I’m here, I will say that whoever got paid to design the drive thru and parking situation should never have been employed by a company to do so. They clearly were not qualified. I’ve never seen anything more ridiculous in my 48 years on Earth.

Nice new building and very clean restrooms. The service was super slow inside. We watched over a dozen cars go thru the drive through before our first drink was called. And there was only three of us standing inside. And the server taking our order forgot to ask or names. So when the drink was done she called the type of drink so fast no one know what she said. Nothing like the service in Seattle.

Sometimes you need a caffeine fix after a late night of crime fighting. This bank-turned-Starbucks had me covered. Went with the white chocolate mocha – it was tasty. This store has a spacious seating area and large wall of merch. Shout out to Aubrey for the photo opp, friendliness, and hospitality!

I had a great experience at this Starbucks! The manager, barista, and cashier were all incredibly kind and professional. I was especially impressed by how they handled a difficult situation with an aggressive customer. They remained calm, respectful, and focused on providing excellent service to everyone in the store. Their professionalism and composure made the atmosphere comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommend this location!

Okay I love starbucks will get it too much honestly, but this starbucks is my least favorite to go to and is unfortunately the most convenient with location. They are extremely slow. I have waited in this drive thru live with only 2 cars for at least 15 minutes before and when I get to the window my order is still not done even though I mobile ordered 10 minutes before I got there. There was one experience I mobile ordered and picked up in the store and while it was closer to closing I walked in it wasn’t ready so I took a seat and I watched 3 girls walk into the back and choose cleaning up tasks over making my refresher which is the easiest drink to make as a former starbucks worker at the giant. I haven’t been happy with the service at this starbucks at all since it opened. They are slow, probably because they decide they don’t want to make the drinks and half the time the order isn’t correct.

I go here all of the time. But today I went and ordered a cappuccino and it was mostly foam. I asked if I could have more coffee in my cappuccino but was told it’s supposed to be foam. I have a picture of what was in the cup after the foam dissolved and I’m thinking whoa what if I got a short would it be all foam ? Also I feel like the cashier should’ve just took it and added more coffee instead of telling me it’s supposed to be foam. It’s just one mistake out of all the times I’ve been there. They are usually perfect and if I have an issue they fix it but I wanted to make it aware that this morning who ever is there I feel should be re trained.
