I was excited when a Jim ‘n Nick’s opened in Foley, but have only been there once since they’ve opened. There is a “better” option locally. But I forgot just how good the Trussville location was, until yesterday. IT WAS SO GOOD!!! I will be stopping here every time I’m up this way, now. I cannot find turkey this juicy ANYWHERE else. Cheese muffins are bigger, somehow. 10/10

Went here a few days ago. The food was ok. The muffins were definitely the best part. Every time I go to this location the staff isn’t very friendly. They don’t really talk and seem like they just don’t want to be there. The parking is always a hassle as well especially if you’re just trying to get pick up.

Service only has a 4 rating is because when we were first seated, it took the server 15-20 min to even say hi and that was after we complained. Once management found out that we were unhappy with our server, he immediately moved us to another table where the new waitresses was outstanding.

This is my second trip to Jim and nicks. It’s a good place, I would probably give it one more try. The brisket was very tough and needed to be cooked probably another hour or two. But that’s me, maybe that’s the way they want to serve it. It was tough for me to chew. Besides were great, the biscuits are amazing. If you’re in the area I would definitely give it a try

I had the sampler plate with smoked turkey ribs brisket. You can choose 2 or 3 meats and 2 sides . Our waiter, Scott, was great. The food was amazing. Also, if you’re looking for a simple tasty alcohol beverage, the peach bourbon is top-notch.

The food is always good but they leave an item out each visit. They left a whole baked potato out on fathers day.We go here regularly for food to take to our elderly parents. Service is always nice never a long wait but they consistently leave something out when I go through the drive through. I will be ordering inside at the bar next time. They go through the order when you do that.

Some of the best BBQ anywhere! I ordered the ” pig in the garden salad” with beef brisket, and a JNN single burger. Loved it! Definitely recommend this place.
