First time and last time here. HUGE BONE IN MY SANDWICH. The size of marble. Didnt finish the sandwhich, tossed it. I am so thankful i did not bite down on it or swallow it. Only reason I saw it is because I went to add BBQ sauce on the bottom. Mac n cheese was good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this location. The food was well seasoned, cooked perfectly,and a pretty good portion size. I didn’t like the barbeque sauce but the white sauce was spicy and delicious. I also tried the Dave’s lemonade but it wasn’t sweet enough for me. The employees were all very friendly! I say definitely say this this place a try and I will be coming back!

1st time ordering lunch. The food was seasoned well, the collards were a bit oily but tasty. Potato salad was surprisingly yummy. Ribs tender and tasty but not the sauce. Next time will din inside.

I’ve never tried Jim & Nicks for some reason, I guess I liked the Ma & Pa type places, so my wife and I tried it today. Boy! We were impressed! The food was fantastic! I got the spare ribs and there was a lot of meat on those ribs and the sauce was really good and sticky! Brisket was perfect too! I highly recommend the Brisket Chili too, big chunks of tender and juicy brisket. Not this is our favorite place. I need to come back to try that Southern Burger next time!

This place really have to step up their game and make sure all food is in the bag prior to presenting it to the customer. I get you want your service to be quick, but please make sure the orders your filling are correct. The last few times we’ve been to this restaurant (at least 3 to 4 x’s), part of our food was not included. Yesterday, fortunately I checked my bag before I left, because my hamburger was not on the bag. I still love their food, and the service was good, but please check you order’s before handing them to your customers.

Great place to grab a bite. I had the smoked turkey plate. Turkey was delicious. Mac n cheese was great. The potato salad was not my favorite but it was also good. I will be returning to try the catfish!!

Let me just say that we had an awesome experience tonight. First of all our waitress,Shannay,was freaking amazing. She was very helpful when I was ordering. I asked for a dish and she politely said,”Not tonight sugar.” I asked were y’all out and she said,”No, it’s just not very good tonight.” I thanked her for her honesty and I ordered my meal with that slight change. The brisket,ribs,baked beans and Cole slaw were off the chain! We will definitely be back to try other choices.

Beware of horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful attitudes from staff, cold food and an unexpected high dollar amount on my check. First, we were greeted by a very fast paced flying-by-the-seat-of-her-pants hostess. Don’t really know if they were short staffed and she was trying to do too many jobs at one time just being one person or if she was on drugs . Anyway we’re we’re then ushered to a table that was not clean and shortly thereafter our server Sandra came up to the table and my wife and I told her that it was dirty and she stated “ This is what I pay the hostess for in a very rude fashion and b told us to hang on a minute and stormed off. My wife and I thought she was going to grab rag and some cleaning solution and wipe our dirty table down instead she went in search of the already super busy doing-to-many-things-at-one-time-hostess which completely floored my wife and I ( like she was above wiping tables!) I told her to just bring me the stuff and I’d wipe it myself. AFTER THAT IT WAS ALL DOWN HILL FROM THERE. Our Server Sandra remained rude,condescending and disrespectful right until the end. The customer service we encountered last week was so atrocious that we will not come back and eat at this establishment. However, I will say that we came in about a month ago and had had dinner and had a great server with great customer service skills and positive attitude. I can’t remember her name but she had Dark short hair and a pretty cool tattoo sleeve on her arm. She told us about the survey on our receipt I could do to save $5 on our next purchase which I happily obliged and made sure to acknowledge her as being an excellent team member. Even though this is really our first bad experience at Jim n nicks, the severity of the overall bad last visit trumps them all… WE WILL NOT BE BACK , BYE BYE BABY BACK RIBS. You will be missed!!
