I am not a review poster. My experience here today was so bad that I can’t stop myself. Hopefully the owners will read it because it would be nice to see a small business survive. The facility is nice. The location is convenient. However the woman working there was rude. She could barely lift her head from her texting to address us. I did not get the sense this was a case of hard to find good help. When we asked for a glass of water, she continued texting for several minutes. When we asked again, she still continued texting. Finally I raised my voice a little bit and she brought us water after we had nearly finished our meal. At least the food tasted great and then I noticed a hair. While I understand these things can happen, after the customer service experience, we got up, left the food on the table and walked out. During our unpleasant dining experience, a gentleman came in and sat at the table next to us. He observed the same lack of interest in providing a positive experience and after about a minute got up and walked out.

I picked this restaurant because it’s convenient, I was not expecting it to be incredible. I ordered the Dan Dan noodles and chili oil dumplings, with no idea what to expect. This is the most delicious surprise and affordable.

Honestly, the best food I’ve had in a restaurant in a very long time. We came across this place last night and I haven’t stopped thinking about it. I hope this place is around the next time we visit Syracuse because I’m definitely coming back!

The food was excellent! The lady at the counter was not. I couldn’t get her attention unless I approached the counter at which time she would tell me to sit down and she would get to me… except that I was one of three people in the place and the other two were together.

If you come here you have to try the real Chinese food, like the Sichuan dishes etc. It’s delicious, and filled with flavor. The owner took our orders and is very nice, the rest of the staff were kind too! Will come back again!

BBQ sesame buns, general tso, Dan Dan noodles are all very good but the dumplings were disgusting. Like actually disgusting, couldnt even eat one. Seems like it’s going to be hit or miss. Also there was no heat the last time we were there, we had to eat with our coats on. I miss BBQ house that was here two iterations ago

Best Chinese food in town! Their Dan Dan noodles, spicy chicken and hot oil beef is amazing. It’s a must try. Service is a bit sub-par but the food quality makes up for it!

The food took a very long time and wasn’t prepared correctly. My beef was over done and very spicy as well. I really wanted to like this place as the place before it was so janky, but definitely not a fan. Also after looking at the reviews it seems a ton of them are fake. You have alot of 5 stars with no review and this place being the only one. Weirdddd
