Very relaxing place with great coffee, drinks, and food. Ordered a Horchata Cold Brew and a Hand Crafted Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. Both were prepared perfectly and definitely complimented each other. Inside the place was clean and well lit. Staff were friendly and helpful. I very much enjoyed my breakfast here.

Love the concept/mission of this shop. I had two iced drinks, one was the horchata latte and the other was the seasonal special, flap jack/pancake latte (might be off on the name). I enjoyed the flap Jack/pancake latte a lot more, definitely had more flavor to it. Horchata was okay just didn’t give that taste to me. However, all the way around a good experience. I just stopped in before an event but there is plenty of seating for a get together or meeting and great for students for a study location. Will definitely return if I make it back to the area or another location as I’m in the area!

NYAJ was a wonderful experience for my morning coffee. The atmosphere was positive, a fair amount of college students working on school and networking, it being next to the university. I was greeted warmly when I walked in with my daughter, the staff was so friendly and helpful explaining their menu. The prices on the food and drink were very reasonable and well worth what you received. We really enjoyed interacting with the staff and looking at all the merchandise they had for sale. My daughter ordered the blueberry muffin and hot cocoa, I ordered the boogieman latte ( a pistachio latte) and the chorizo breakfast burrito with fruit. Everything was delicious and prepared well. We will definitely be back, my daughter can’t wait to try their homemade ice cream offerings.

the mission and staff here are both so sweet! good vibes but the tile board that makes a bunch of noise while changing every 5 minutes is annoying while working. sipped on friends’ iced vanilla latte and it was watery and tasted like cold brew. tried the hot matcha latte and it was pretty good but not great (most matcha is pretty bad in the area it seems). still tasted fine & was speedy and staff was super sweet. $6 for a large tho and the large wasn’t very big! such is life.

This is the coolest place in the world. Great coffee shop with a focus on hiring folks with disabilities, right next to the OU campus. What’s not to love?

I initially went to NYAJ because I had a gift card. I guess I came a little too late because they no longer accepted the old type of gift card.
They didn’t really do much to accommodate for that but that one was on me.
I got the Sooner Sandwich and it was pretty good Typical sandwich but I liked the pesto and avocado on it.
I came when OU just let out for summer break so the place was completely empty. I had it to-go but it would’ve been a nice place to eat at. Lots of different types of seating.

Best blueberry muffin I’ve ever tasted. The service staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. I tried the salted caramel frappe and it was the bomb. Better than Starbucks, Dunkin’, and other coffee places I’ve tried. It also has a pleasant atmosphere that lends itself to study groups, quick bites, and writing reviews (as I’m doing now). Definitely worth a try if you’re in the Norman area.

Coffee was good. People were really happy and helpful. It was a little noisy and chaotic for me to get my work done but I’m not going to hold a grudge. Highly recommend
