This location used to be better but the quality and consistency have drastically declined. Lately our orders are wrong or completely forgotten, so they have to make our order from scratch when we arrive to pick it up. A lot of folks who work there are just standing around looking clueless. This latest time I went, the bacon in my sandwich was pretty much completely raw and I got very ill after eating it. I am not sure what happened at this location but I hope they get their act together again.

I would put zero stars but it doesn’t allow. The people working at this place just talk non-stop to each other and didn’t pay attention to what they were doing. They mixed our order up and didn’t even offer a small refund. The sandwiches are tiny and not worth the amount of money they are marked for.. we will NOT be returning here. I suggest if you decide to visit this place check your food before you leave. We had to drive back to fix it.

I recently purchased a small catering order for a work event. I used to work at here for over a year and know that it gets very busy this time of year, so I called ahead and asked the manager if they had time to make the order to be picked up in a hour. I showed up at the designated pick up time my order was not even started. Their was no line either which was confusing, even though there were 5 employees there. The service I received was abysmal and would not recommend ever eating at this establishment. Ever since I quit, this place has severely dipped in quality. There are far better sandwich places that I would highly recommend. Management at this establishment needs to be seriously evaluated. Would not recommend…

I visited today and was impressed with both the quality and the service. I asked for advice on what bread to choose; half the crew suggested rosemary parmesan while the other half were fans of the white. I chose the rosemary and it didn’t disappoint. The rest of the sandwich was fresh and flavorful. What more is there to be said?
But let’s talk about the service! I didn’t get names, but they were there at noon today. I suppose that’s easy enough to look up. Each member went out of their way to make me feel welcome and make suggestions. Friendliness and knowledge are tough to come by in fast food Whatever you’re doing to motivate your people, keep it up! Those four were amazing!

I hate to leave bad reviews but it was an hour wait. Picking up an order for a friend, but when I got there they said they didn’t have it under the name. I told them he placed it over the phone and they said they don’t do that. I waited and he called again and then they found the order that was somehow hiding from them. They apologized and took around 40 minutes to make it. After saying it would take 10 minutes. They did give a 10% discount so that was nice but when I got back to my friend he realized they made and charged for 3x as much as he ordered

Nothing bad to say about this place – started going to this location after the Clackamas location (across from Kaiser) totally grossed me out. I was happy to see workers changing their gloves between customers and using the register. Someone promptly helped me when I entered and made my sandwich just how I requested. Quick service. Not sure about the bad reviews, but I’m wondering if people are confusing this location for the one in Clackamas…
