I recently purchased a small catering order for a work event. I used to work at here for over a year and know that it gets very busy this time of year, so I called ahead and asked the manager if they had time to make the order to be picked up in a hour. I showed up at the designated pick up time my order was not even started. Their was no line either which was confusing, even though there were 5 employees there. The service I received was abysmal and would not recommend ever eating at this establishment. Ever since I quit, this place has severely dipped in quality. There are far better sandwich places that I would highly recommend. Management at this establishment needs to be seriously evaluated. Would not recommend…

I came to this location when they first opened. I have been coming here ever since. From that first day going forward a regular #7 has always had six to seven slices of Turkey on it. Today I go in and it’s only three, and I’m told it’s always been that way and that it’s based on weight. In my entire history of going to this location no one has ever weighed any part of my order. Just straight up lies. I walked out, called three other nearby locations and asked them how many slices of Turkey on a regular #7. Without missing a beat the person at the other locations said “six to seven” slices. People who run this location are a joke. Not like it was when it first opened.

This location used to be better but the quality and consistency have drastically declined. Lately our orders are wrong or completely forgotten, so they have to make our order from scratch when we arrive to pick it up. A lot of folks who work there are just standing around looking clueless. This latest time I went, the bacon in my sandwich was pretty much completely raw and I got very ill after eating it. I am not sure what happened at this location but I hope they get their act together again.

First time here with my son. Pleasantly surprised by how good it was, and wondered how this place had missed our radar. I got the Chipotle Chicken and he got the famouse Philly Cheese Steak. We had them cut in half so we could each try both. They were super good, and will be in regular rotation for our takeout days.

Usually the sandwiches from here turn out alright, but there are a couple large issues with this store in particular; number one: they leave open the bread rack most days, letting the bread dry out. This is their worst offense, and pretty inexcusable. The other thing is their unwillingness to ask what you want on your sandwich. It’s like they’re trying to get your sandwich closed as quickly as possible, and I have to shout out my toppings before it’s too late (my first Jersey Mike’s experience was at this location, and so I had no idea what I was missing out on because they gave me no clue I had to ask for Mayo/Mustard seperately). Every other Jersey Mike’s I’ve been to makes extra sure you’re getting the sandwich you want. The only time this location has made me a great sandwich was because the general manager seemed to be present. Other than that, most of the staff seems nice.
