This restaurant has gone steadily downhill for a long time. For some reason, they can’t get employees who can/will treat guests professionally or get their orders finished in a timely manner. During a visit today, my group of 3 stood at the counter for a several minutes and no one would take our order. Finally a person in the kitchen told us to use the kiosk. We left and went to the nearby Chinese restaurant and had a much better meal for the same price, in a quiet, clean dining area with excellent service. No wonder Wendy’s parking lot is almost always empty, save a few employee cars.

Ordered a 6 dollar biggie bag, and this dude practically threw it at me and slammed the window. Food was cold. We might eat here a few times a month while we fish the nature preserve. Food has rarely been hot service is usually better. When I pulled up to order I was greeted with hostility too. Not sure if the two working the window are a cupple and we’re fighting but this was pathetic really. Better luck next time right!

There are terminals that customers can use to place their order. I do not know how to use those terminals. I waited in line for over 15 minutes and no one would help me or take my order. I ended up having to leave.
