The majority of the time its friendly customer service. The food is fresh but the subs are a hit and miss if they have been filled by employees in a hurry or by someone who took their time to do it right. If they were consistent on the filings I would give them a 5 star rather than a 4. Everything else is usually good.

This location is my go to every Monday for dinner with my kids. The location is clean, and well maintained. Parking is always available, and never an issue. Staff is friendly, hard working, and do their best to make it a good experience for you. They know my kids and my order by heart now so right when we walk in they are already making it or start on it ASAP.

I like their Italian Sub, good selection of cured meats and done with the vinegar, oil, and spices. Today specifically, the Sunnyvale shop rocked it out they were fulfilling pick up or door dash orders and as a walk in, they put my order to the top of the list and I was out of their in a flash. They weren’t messing around, straight to the sandwich business. I appreciated it.

Just felt like another Subway. But fewer options for a vegetarian. Price is almost as much as Sourdough or Which Wich or even Panera so I wouldn’t likely go there again. Friendly people there though.
