The Ellettsville, IN Taco Bell needs new management. They can’t run this restaurant. Also, they changed their hours to per manager, “We hope to be able to start making orders at noon.” The order was submitted via the mobile app. The order was able to be submitted, because their hours shows they opened at 8am. Told we could wait for half of an hour or go through a request for refund from Taco Bell, since the order was already payed. This Taco Bell needs to either figure it out or close.

This place is absolute trash, use to be a good place with quality food. Tonight I found a piece of plastic in my chip bag and when I tried to call to complain they hung up and had to call several times until they answered with “this is dominos” and someone in the back was cussing and getting mad that I was calling. Worst Taco Bell around and definitely needs new crew and management. I use to work at this location and it’s sad to see how bad it’s gotten since 2016

Went out of my to traverse to this Taco Bell specifically, due to the Google reviews. However the service provided was below expectations. I don’t mind spending a little more money for extra, but doing so & ending up with more tortilla than anything else is either greed (unlikely) or lack of work effort (laziness) …. The servers disregard the “extra” you’re paying for to either keep it for themselves (unlikely) or because it’s more convenient not to….. (Easy)

If you have any dietary restrictions or are vegetarian, don’t order from this Taco Bell! They must not be able to read when an order has a potato taco as I ordered one and I got a soft shell beef taco instead. Do you enjoy a chicken Crunchwrap? Well, you may wanna change your diet because these guys only use beef, and if you do get chicken, they’ll throw some beef in there too

I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bell’s and this one is the best Taco Bell’s in southern Indiana. I called to ask how late they were open (all the Bloomington ones close early) and Jasmine was very polite on the phone. Lindsey was super helpful answering questions about a new item they had.

Cody is an awesome individual! This franchise is lucky to have this hardworking and customer focused GM. I only met him today and yet his friendly can do nature is something an owner should reward financially by paying attention to these type of reviews. It’s fast food and with that are often lowered expectations from customers thinking no one will respond to a genuine complaint.
