This place was excellent, the fish was so fresh and the manager was a true gentleman. I was there yesterday celebrating my birthday which they made very special. I would rate this place 10 stars and compare the quality to New York City’s food.

Authentic Japanese food and I love the Japanese inspired seating areas. We ordered the Fuji Combination Tempura and it was well worth it and I highly recommend it. The Beef Sukiyaki was tasty and great too. Sushi/maki were fresh and very much enjoyable. Service was awesome!

We pass by the place all the time and the parking lot is always full. We decided to give it a shot for an earlier dinner around 4 on a Saturday. Timing was perfect. Both of us has sushi all with brown rice. The Kobe roll on special was fantastic! We both found that soup and salad dressing were sweeter than we usually have. The brown rice was decent. But the food was great all around. Considering everything we ordered, the price was about right.

Excellent decor, love the fish tank. Service was good, food was very delicious, very generous too shooting sake in your face. My only complaint would be they don’t serve noodles with hibachi lunch like most places.

Really underrated sushi place at the shore. The fish is fresh and really well priced. Also has a hibachi restaurant attached, so many options under the same roof.

Told them I had shell fish allergies and they added shrimp anyway. Called to let them know they messed up and they said “sorry no manager can’t help try tomorrow “

This place tends to be hit or miss. The food is always good, however, the experience always differs. The ladies that sit you down always have an attitude and act like they can’t be bothered. As for the chefs, like I said, the food is always good. The downside is, some chefs make the show you traditionally come to a hibachi restaurant to see, (making jokes, doing cool tricks etc) but some literally just cook and spray a little sakke in your mouth. Nothing is worse than getting a chef that’s boring while you’re watching another table laughing and having fun the same way you should be. Recently I ordered for pickup, I only got some sushi and hibachi soup(1 cup of broth and a single slice of a mushroom) paid about $20 for it. I told the lady that I was here for pick up, she mumbled asking me for the phone number on the request. At the time I didn’t hear her between the music and her low mumbling and she repeated her question with an attitude as if I asked her to repeat herself more than once. I told her the number, paid and signed the receipt and the lady at the desk actually had the nerve to roll her eyes and huff when she saw I didn’t tip. Now before you get on my case, I’m always a good tipper, (usually about 20%-25% no matter where I go) but I feel that if I’m ordering food and it’s not being delivered to me nor am I being served at a table, why would I tip if I’m paying for just the food and picking it up myself, plus having to deal with an attitude on top of it? Well here’s a tip. Serve your patrons with respect and try to develop some soft-skills as it will go a long way and bring you the tips you seek to gain. As a person who has worked in Customer Service and Quality Assurance for Customer Operations for almost 10 years. This was not good quality….I Assure you.

Id give 0 stars if I could waitress had no personality the food portions are so small. The sushi is inconsistent one roll was thick in size while the other roll was very thin. Wont be back I see why the place was empty
