Food is great, and they are working here, but this place seems like 90% of their business are to-go orders. Last two times I’ve walked in, 15-20 to-go subs were being prepped while I was the next person to order. Just seems weird and you spend more time in here than it seems you should; four people in the store and takes 20 minutes.

This experience was 6+ months ago. The girl working the cashier was handling money and then immediately after started putting the toppings (lettuce, onion, tomato, etc.) on the sandwiches without changing her gloves. She did this to multiple people including myself. I was the only one that asked to have my sandwiches remade though by a different worker in the back. Make sure the workers change gloves especially if they’re handling cash and coins. Stay safe y’all

My whole family recently got food poisoning. We’ve gone to this location multiple times and never had an issue. We all had similar orders turkey cheese and mayo. Hope they check those times and dates more carefully.

The girl with the nose ring is very rude and literally threw the to go bag with my sandwich in it at me. Not baseball pitch but a fast slide on the counter. I don’t know why she takes out her problems on the customers. I’ve complained to corporate but nothing but crickets. I guess people don’t want customers to come back. I was also contacted by the general manager and was promised a bunch of free sub coupons. Over 2 months later and no response from the GM. Not surprising considering the complaints at this location. Some businesses with a few garbage and lazy employees will never change along with the management who just make excuses because they’re afraid to actually enforce their own rules, just weak&sad. I recommend not going there, ever. The same owner also owns the camarillo location at 370 N lantana street. Maybe that location is better.

Food is good, but they only have one person making the sandwiches. Everyone else just helps out. I wish they had two or three sandwich makers when it’s busy.

Food poisoning from this location. Went there yesterday March 3rd, ordered regular chicken Philly with grilled onions and mushrooms no peppers at around 3pm ish. By evening I was feeling nauseous and started stomach issue then vomiting which has continued all today Saturday. Think either their mushrooms or chicken were bad or off temperature. Yesterday when I was in they were having problems with point of sale system and appeared to be all over the place.

Great sandwiches! You wouldn’t believe it, but a lot goes into making a quality sandwich. I appreciate the hard work. It shows. The supervisor is great with her staff. She inspires incentive in her crew. Unfortunately when she’s not around her manager needs encouragement to straighten out her crew members. I went in yesterday and there was a very rude teenage boy who was irritated that I asked, May I have some more mayo please. He rolled his eyes and gave me the evil eye and went to the back for a utensil instead of using a mayo squeeze bottle. He went out of his way to continue being rude. What I would say to that manager is to take them in the back and be open enough to find out what’s going on. If need be, not be afraid send them home. It takes efficiency to get those sandwiches out like a team should. I respect the job you all have. It can be very difficult.

I got there 6 mins before closing and they told me that they are close and it says the establishment is closed at 9. Really unprofessional and rude. Don’t even bother coming when it’s close to closing because they will not serve you. Some customer service you have Jersey Mike’s
