Oh my god! The absolute BEST fried chicken I’ve had in years! Peas, greens, Mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, and added bonus Fried cornbread. So yummy, we’ll definitely be back! We had sweet tea and lemonade, both were fantastic!

Food that we ordered was awesome. Yes, it is a little expensive but it’s worth every penny the ribs we ate were outstanding. The dressing we ate was outstanding. The broccoli rice casserole was good. The dressing we ate was good. The mac & cheese we ate was good and the peach cobbler we got was really good.

Truly the best kept secret in Dublin, GA. My wife and I were coming from our trip from Savanah, and I wanted to eat real southern fried chicken after having too much seafood. This was the best fresh, crispy, just perfect fried chicken you could dream of. I had to order all of it, Mac & Cheese, corn bread, rice and broccoli, green beans and of course, sweet tea. And to top it off, my wife order dessert. They even have a drive-thru, which had a long line already. The detour took about 15mins, but trust me, it was all worth it. I’m definitely coming back here on our next trip. Thank you!

Wow, hubby and I on our first trip to the south and looking for a locally owned joint for southern fried chicken and all the fixings, fortunately, we came upon Paula’s. We could feel the good energy upon our first step into this great little spot…from the women at the front…Paula’s daughter-in-law now runs the restaurant…to the array of sides, stewed necks (Thursdays specialty), huge fried chicken pieces, fried corn bread pancake, and their yummy pineapple cobbler (cobbler of the day). I opted for mixed beans, cabbage/collards, 2 pieces of chicken, corn bread, lemonade (done just right), and cobbler. As one of the sweet lady’s said to us, “you’re like kids in a candy store”, I was in food heaven [as you can see in the pic, my hand was in full motion, I wouldn’t stop eating for the pic]…everything was perfectly seasoned, breaded, fried, sweetened, etc.! My husband had the same meal, although his sides were rice w/ red sauce and green beans [he said, ‘I didn’t know green beans could taste so good’]. What a wonderful intro to America’s finest Many thanks, fine folks! Sincerely, Tracy + Pete

My brother and I had a late lunch at Paula’s by his recommendation. He said it was some of the best fried chicken he ever had. He was right. It was really good and the sides were good as well.

Food is not like it used to be. The veggies taste bland and not well seasoned. The baked chicken lately has been bland and watery. Fried chicken still good but fried hard lately. I love the food in the past but something is off. Need a new cook or something. Still love Paula’s but food has changed. I’ve eaten here enough to be to say that.

I got the grilled chicken, collards, macaroni, dressing with gravy, and flat cornbread. Everything was phenomenal! Service was top notch. Highly recommend!

Giving Paula’s a rare 5-star rating for truly being ‘best in class’ – ! What they do to that chicken to make it SO unbelievably light and crispy is (I’m sure) a well-kept secret, but it must be tasted fresh to be believed. I also appreciate them for encouraging me to wait for the next batch to come right out of the fryer! If you go, try to time it for a freshly cooked batch. I have also never expected to like anybody’s greens but my Moms’ recipe but their turnip greens were just right: not too sweet, sour OR salty! They were tender, smoky and soulful. Try Paula’s – it’s worth the detour and worth the wait!
