When I go to Jersey Mike’s I order the same sandwich a giant 7 with the bread scoop out and double meat. Today I went in and was extremely dissatisfied with what I got. It was not double meat because I can tell by the weight of the sandwich. I don’t mind paying the extra money, but I don’t like paying for something I did not get and I am in there at least once a week. The kid wasn’t paying attention instead of a giant 7 he started a smaller sandwich and I had to correct him on that, so maybe I hurt his feelings,but I expect what I pay for. I have had no problems until today.

This was my first time here at this location. I decided on a regular #8 sub. Josh was friendly and made the perfect sub for me. Josh had an amazing positive attitude and he was fun to talk with there. I definitely will be going back to get some more delicious subs. I appreciate your hard work Josh and your co-workers.
