I had a very bad experience at this Subway location. The worker was extremely rude, hostile, and had no customer service skills at all. She tried to charge me $17 for a footlong that was clearly listed as $12.99 plus tax, and when I questioned it, she became very argumentative instead of explaining or correcting the issue.
This isn’t the first time she is always rude, and this location never seems to have more than one employee working, which makes the experience even worse. The attitude and lack of professionalism were unacceptable.
Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and honestly, it makes me reconsider supporting Subway at all.

2/2/26 11:30 am I asked for cream of broccoli soup. She said they had no soup. I was irritated and said that within the past eight minutes when the phone was ringing ( I had called 3 times) to ask about the soup. no one answered.. she said their phone doesn’t work.

I went in at 11 am bought 2 foot long subs got home went to eat one and the bread was hard and crusty the bread was old and hard on both subs wasted $25 bucks because I threw both subs in the garbage. I can not believe they gave me old bread. Any restaurant should not open unless they are 100% ready to serve the public if you know you need to make bread get there early you shouldn’t give people old bread. Never go back there again

I went to the subway at 718 14 mile road and way blown away by the great service and wonderful display of good to choose from for my sandwich! Take a look! This is a great place to stop. I’ll be back!!!

Pulled up to this subway at 9:28 pm on a Wednesday and the lady inside came to the front locked the door and shut off the lights. Google says you close at 10. I wouldn’t bother complaining but honestly every time we come to this location during dinner time or later the employee working is the slowest person alive with the worst customer service skills ever. This was the last stroke for me. Either update your hours or fire this girl for closing early.

Dined in with a girlfriend after the gym. Not sure who the woman is that’s working. Older woman glasses gray hair not personable. She basically disappeared after being very short with me and my order. Watched several customers come in and stand around waiting for service. After 30 minutes of no service and she was nowhere to be found she returned, I believe from the back of the building outside.l somewhere. She had personal company that she left outside with and missed several customers standing there upset with no service. Hope your location is able to make up for the sales at this woman is costing you

I order a 6 inch on Sunday 5/19/2024 and went back on the 5/20/2024 . When I realize I got home it was the worst turkey club . Since they have new owners.. the owner doesn’t handle any complaints, professional . Details the bread was not fresh . The meat size is too small. The vegetable taste old everthing was off . Before it was great . I wish the owner much luck because if he or she continue with this, you’ll be close soon you’ve been warned..

One week ago I tried to order in store with a $25 gift card. The employee said it was invalid. I contacted subway and they said my card was valid. I went back to the store to check my card again and it worked fine… I still had a $25 credit. Tonight is Tuesday and their hours said open until 9pm. I went in to order today at 8pm and the same employee said they were closed. The doors were not locked and this same employee was rude when I asked why they were closed. This Royal Oak store has some serious issues… apparently this employee doesn’t like work…
