Great service is becoming harder to find these days, but Eusebio and his team has far surpassed my expectations consistently, making my long work days a little bit easier. This is one of my very first reviews. Ive worked in the fast food business for close to 10 years and I had my husband call and simply request the oil and vinegar on the side… the person that helped us was very eager to please, yet once we got our order nothing was on the side. I try not to complain about the food that I order but it’s upsetting getting the wrong order delivered. I don’t know where things went wrong but I feel like it’s up to the employees to ensure that every order goes out correctly.

From out of tow and wanted a sandwich. My wife found the restaurant and ordered the chicken bacon and ranch and was amazed on how delicious it was. I always come to get dinner here and the service as well the sandwiches are always delicious. I did a pre order from the night before through the app and the amount was deducted from my card but the order never got sent to the store. I was trying to find the order details and was not emailed one. I went through the app and there were no previous orders, just a deduction of my shore points. The General manager Bradley, employee Giovanni & Eusevio graciously helped me with my orders and were so understanding to the whole ordeal. I will definitely be back and will direct all of my friends here. I will be giving my corporate office the heads up on catering orders at this location as well bc of the service they provided. Finally, a place on the west coast that knows how to make hoagies, not just try and make a bad attempt at it like many other places do. The staff at this place are very nice and really treat their customers well, making it a nice place to come and relax and get some fresh food. The only drawback is it is a bit pricey, compared to getting the same food on the east coast.
