Worst service I ever encountered from a restaurant! No one knew how to prepare a cocktail drink, the server didn’t know what items from the menu were available and on the menu prices no one knew which price was the correct nee for each dish as they were written with a pen. Their excuse was that the new menus had not arrived yet. The flavor of the food wasn’t horrible but daughters ” bistek” was very thought. Try it once and now I’m done. I do not recommend this restaurant.

It is a hidden gem. It is not in the best part of Springfield but safe enough for a quick bite as it is downtown. The food is the best and the prices are reasonable.

Came from out of state, friends recommended. Came here for lunch and asked for a plate to go when realized we had to wait a little we decided to just eat there. Opened up the plate and literally had 2 tiny pieces of steak. For a $10.00 plate of food I was really disappointed!!! I cut up the tiny pieces and got maybe 8 pieces to bite!! This has made me not want to come here again if I visit!

Asked for 2 Passion Fruit Margaritas, took 15 minutes to get it. The Bartendar kept taking other orders and not fulfilling the order I placed. Then the Bartendar asked if I wanted Alcohol in Margarita..Its a Margarita.. of course it needs alcohol! Another Bartendar ‘fixed the drink’ but it still wasn’t a Margarita!

Ordered over $100 worth of food. I ordered lobster gumbo…. yeah I was excited . Got crawfish instead . no problem stuff happens but it was a mistake so I called to get my money for that specific item back. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. At first they said what was in my gumbo was lobster … then they said that the chef read it wrong and when I asked her to explain because at first she made it sound like I ordered crawfish, instead of just telling me what she meant she decided to yell at me over the phone. “LISTEN TO ME!” and then continued to yell her explanation. I understand customer service is tough , I’ve done it. But when someone’s your costumer and they spent over $100… yeah I’m all set. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

Worst place ever. Music so loud you cant hear bartendar, which was fine because she had a lousy attitude. Waited over an hour for a takeout order, there were 2 people at the bar and 3 tables. Ridiculous. And the food was cold besides. Terrible terrible terrible.
