This place is always good but the experience today made me want to come here twice as much as I normally do.
They were super kind to us and when this old lady walked in behind us they knew her by name, which I did not think was possible in the food industry anymore.
Once we got to the register they offered us a free cookie. Which we had a coupon for, but they said to keep the coupon to use next time. When asking if the nice lady behind us would like the coupon the cashier said that he always covered her sandwich chips and cookie.
I wish I would have gotten this mans name but I am truly glad that people as kind as him still exist.

This is the first time I’ve ever tried Jersey Mike’s, my oldest child told me I should try them, and that they do salad bowls because I have a wheat allergy and cannot eat bread. When I walked in I was the only customer, and Seiler and another employee greeted me right away. I told them this was my first time coming to a Jersey Mike’s and when I explained my food allergy to them they quickly assured me they did indeed have salad bowls, and they proceeded to hook me up, with Seiler even going next door to MOD Pizza to get me some black olives. I’m not sure if Jersey Mike’s has black olives or not, but the fact that he went to go get me some when he did not have to was going above and beyond the call of duty. I found it to be quite good food, the service was exceptional, and I can honestly say I’ve never been treated with that amount of kindness at another sandwich/fast food shop, and I will be going back! Way to go Jersey Mike’s, you’ve earned a new customer, and you did an excellent job, A++!!!

While rushing through my day, I had a truly heartwarming encounter at this Jersey Mike’s Subs that I just have to share.
I had just parked at the nearby Tesla Supercharger, urgently needed to use the restroom. Since I had just finished breakfast, I felt a bit embarrassed to go in without buying anything. Still, I walked in—and was immediately greeted with the warmest smile from a kind male employee.
I told him honestly, “I just want to get a cup of unsweetened tea, but really I just need to use the restroom.” Without hesitation, he handed me the largest cup and said it was on the house—completely free.
In that moment, it wasn’t just a free drink I received, but also a sincere and unexpected act of kindness that truly warmed my heart.
Service like this is so rare these days, and I can’t recommend this place enough!
Whether you’re a Tesla driver charging nearby, a traveler passing through, or just someone looking for a warm place to grab a bite—don’t miss this location. The employee I met is truly a gem, and the owner is lucky to have someone like him on the team.

Had lunch today in Kyle and the whole experience was awesome! Service was exceptional and the food tasted great! I wish I knew the names of the staff but I watched the team have great leadership and guidance to make sure everyone in line was serviced in a timely manner and their sandwiches made to perfection! The guy even walked around the restaurant to make sure all the guest were satisfied and asked if we needed anything.
