The customer service was good. I think they were more focused on the call in orders. But they were very polite gentlemen. My only issue is my bread was so soggy when I got home. So I couldn’t stomach the wet sandwich. I had to toss it. I only live 5 minutes away. The pictures below show it.

The sandwiches were as good as always – we love a good Jersey Mike’s Italian sub, Mike’s way. The staff were nice but did seem a little disconnected – they were working hard though and we appreciated their efforts. The inside was very clean and not probably took about 10 minutes to get through a line of 5 people. We love Jersey Mike’s! Enjoy/disfruten!

Update:I’ve been back twice and they have REALLY cleaned up their customer service. The person making the sandwiches was so nice, the person taking the order was incredibly nice, and the person checking us out also very patient. Glad to see the improvements!

The assistant manager is extremely rude! He made our experience the worst. After arguing with him over a birthday sub 25 minutes later he finally gave in and said ok to the birthday sub after other customers chimed in. Customer said he was ridiculous. He ruined my birthday and the sandwich was cold. Poor representation of a new business.

Awful customer service!!! I ordered a doordash order and it wouldn’t let me change an item on doordash so I called 3 times finally got an answer to change an item and I got told the sandwich was already made and i said well i tried to call and no one answer so can you remake it? I got silent treatment for almost a minute and she said “sure anything else” i said no and she hungup i was like okay?? That was kinda rude. Got my sandwich it was what i asked but there’s hair all over it like it was thrown on the ground wrapped up and sent to me. So disgusting never ordering from here again and whoever answered the phone needs to be fired.

Not impressed. The service was EXTREMELY slow! The sandwiches had no flavor. For the price, I thought I was getting better sandwiches. Sadly, that was not the case. If you are not in a rush and want to stand in line for over an hour to order, and you have no taste buds. Then this is the place for you. The Philly meat felt like dehydrated meat. It was chalky and just had the weirdest texture.

I normally love this place but have recently developed an allergy to Gluten. Lucky for me they had a gluten free bread or so I thought. The bread is the worst gluten free bread I have ever had. It crumbled like a cracker, it was so dry and stale I couldn’t stomach it. Jersey Mike’s needs to figure how to do a better option for Gluten free because there bread isn’t it. Super big disappointment on top of a already awful situation with a now allergy. I will say the staff is amazing!!
