I’ve always had the sandwiches which are very very good. Today I tried the 2 meat combo with sliced brisket and sausage. It was excellent, both cooked to perfection and tender. highly recommend The Hut, my BBQ go to in the area now.

On this is not the thing I’d expect to review on a barbecue restaurant. I got a brisket sandwich. And yes the brisket was really good. But that bun. Who goes for brisket and raves about the bun. Me. That’s who. Cheesy, with flecks of jalapeño , and soooo fresh. It turned really good brisket into the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. Well done fam.

I started with my order and got the pulled pork sandwich with homemade slaw. But the guy came up and said we out till tomorrow. So he got me the half brisket half turkey with slaw on top. Also this was my first time and I went with what he said, I’m glad I did that pit Master was so AWESOME. Banana pudding was also out of the park good. Will be returning for more.

I called to order a whole smoked chicken. I requested they cut it in half to put in separate containers. They were nice enough to do that special request. They’re very friendly and provide great sevice.

The best BBQ. So good. So much better than the places in LC. I drive here at least once a week from Lake Charles. Then can’t help myself and get so full…my wife complains when she makes dinner and I don’t eat it because I’m so full from lunch. Lol.

Omg I go there for the crayfish alone and they are very good clean slide out the shell very tasteful I’m from bmt but work in Lake Charles I make sure I stop and get my fix from the hut when I need it
