I’ve never been to a Jersey Mike’s before and I went today to pick up a Club Supreme for my boyfriend. I was greeted and helped by the friendly staff members and had a conversation about how amazing the bacon looked. I’ve never seen bacon at a sandwich shop look so perfectly crisp. Overall I was so very impressed with the service and looking forward to going back.

Excellent fast service with smiles all around. Very clean establishment. All workers very very alert and appeared to enjoy their job. Sandwiches were delicious and good size portions. Will definitely eat here and again and recommend to others.

First time ever going to Jersey Mike’s. Took my son after work 7/6 around 230 pm. All we have to say is, this is the best sub/wrap we have ever had. The guys working were very cool , the food was fresh, and the service was quick.

Being from NY and having lived in NJ I was pleased to find this place Jersey Mike’s. The sub was just liked I remembered it when I was young.. My husband and I were pleased with the subs. The place was clean and food great, a little overpriced and pretty small subs. The staff couldve been friendlier, more attentive and not just thrown the stuff on the subs making them sloppy to eat but overall it was good.

The GM Danielle has been rude to me multiple times, the food and service has always been so good that did not stop me from going in. I have customized my sandwich from trading ham to salami on my club for years. She the GM has even made it for me recently as well as the owner. She told me no and did not even offer to let me pay more or recommend something else I could do to get what I have always got since they opened in this plaza. I asked when the owner would be in and she told me she has no clue he only pops in from time to time. One of my patients was in the line as came in my office as I only work down a few stores and told me she was laughing at me to the other workers when I left. I will no longer be doing BIG team lunch order or recommending patients to go eat at this establishment as today was the worst experience EVER. Danielle did not have the personality I would think it takes to be a GM with the eyerolls, and telling me not to talk over her, just rude in my and others that were ins opinion. Laughing at someone who was disappointed she could not get the same sandwich which is one of the only things I can hold down during radiation. GM’s should be a solution solver not a problem starter. I would love a call from the owner when you are available to make sure you are aware of the confrontation had by Danielle. If this is something that has changed maybe a sign stating you can not customize your sandwiches or everyone following the same rules. Because I have only had an issue with Danielle. Thanks for taking the time to read this as I would not normally leave a review, but being a manager myself I would want to know if my staff was causing me to lose customers.

Purchased two giant sized BLTs. Sandwiches were not edible without taking them somewhere to be cut first. God only knows why the counter person decided to cut our sandwiches into tiny pieces thru the top slice of bread, but not cut thru any fillings or bottom slice. This had to be intentional, and made it quite impossible to eat until we could get to a knife. The bread was soo dry that my gums hurt from eating half. I considered that it could have been a message to me just to irritate me..
