I absolutely cannot believe this! Yall I was hangry! And I do mean hangry. These people gave me a bag that felt light. I shrugged it off. Get home and they have literally given me a smidgen of meat and a smidgen of cheese. No peppers, nothing. Returned it. The guy does not apologize. Nothing. He says so do you want your money back? Estimate of 11 minutes on Uber Eats. Showed up and had to wait an additional 30. Employees don’t care and very rude when asking about the order. Over 15 walk ins got their sub before mine.

I’ve always loved jersey mikes until I picked up my online order tonight. #13 rosemary parm bread add mayo and mustard. To my surprise they put this on white bread, and forgot the tomatoes. When I picked up the order, the worker just handed me the bag and didn’t even alert me that my order was wrong (assuming they were out of tomatoes and the bread I ordered). The stuff they remembered to put on the sandwich, they might as well had left it off. Barely any meat and maybe a sprinkle of lettuce. I have never had a sandwich come this skimpy from jersey mikes before. It actually ruined my night. If I was looking for a skimpy sandwich I would’ve gone to jimmy john’s.

Ordered $70 worth of food through the Jersey Mikes app, just know that even if you order directly through their app that you are still going to get a door dash driver . The sandwiches were good but they forgot everything else we ordered …and when we contacted the store to inform them of their mistake we were informed that we could only get a partial credit for our botched order and that the only way we could actually receive our items was to drive up to the store , which would negate the whole purpose of having food delivered . We opted for the credit as our car was in the shop which is why we had food delivered in the first place and apparently a partial credit for our botched order was the only way we could get anything to compensate for our missing items , which I could understand if we had ordered through door dash but since we ordered through Jersey Mike’s directly we were taken by surprise when we were told that receiving our missing items wasn’t going to happen…good sandwiches but if you want to get everything you pay for just go in person or you run the risk of paying for items and not receiving them …disappointed to say the least !

Being from NY and having lived in NJ I was pleased to find this place Jersey Mike’s. The sub was just liked I remembered it when I was young.. My husband and I were pleased with the subs. The place was clean and food great, a little overpriced and pretty small subs. The staff couldve been friendlier, more attentive and not just thrown the stuff on the subs making them sloppy to eat but overall it was good.

I ordered my daughter’s favorite sandwich for her after she had a rough couple days and was feeling stressed out. The person working had the thought to decorate our bag and make a great wintery scene! It was so unexpected and appreciated! He took the extra effort and brought a smile to my little girl’s face. The people here are so thoughtful and wonderful. On top of all this the food is always amazing and so fresh. We are customers for life. Thank you for employing such great people!

I’m not from around here, have never eaten at Jersey mikes, stopped into to try it a little late, about 30 mins before closing, and they were very nice! I got the Italian and it is awesome! Will definitely have to be coming back!

I will never be back. This location deeply disturbed my spirit . My sandwich was made by someone with dreads.
He insisted that I paid first .
He placed what I wanted on my sandwich on this board BEFORE he placed it on my sandwich.
So he doubled touched the contents I requested on my sandwich I noticed he didn’t do that to anyone else I watched him intricately measure out the ingredients before he placed them on my sandwich. I felt bullied into paying first. I felt very uncomfortable and rushed in that atmosphere. This was my first time going to this location I was hesitant about going to this location to begin with. From now on I’m trusting that gut feeling.
I’m filing an official complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I’ve never had this disturbing experience at no other Jersey Mike location.
