I always wanted to try Chili’s but had a feeling I wouldn’t like it, but I was wrong. This is my second time here and their food is amazing, prices are decent, and the staff is super attentive and friendly. 100% recommended

I came on a busy Saturday and was seated decently quick, 20 mins after being told it’s a 40 minute wait. Once We ordered, we were told food is coming soon but an hour passed and it never came. We had only about three people ordering so it wasn’t a huge order. The waitress wasn’t around much but I don’t think it’s entirely her fault, but she did feel absent and messed up drinks. After about an hour and 10 minutes I simply left, who knows how much longer it would’ve taken. This will be my last time coming to chillis

We were seated immediately. There was a change in shift, so we didn’t get “right now” service, but everything was fine after that. Plus, another waitress got our drinks going while they sorted out the change. It was fine. The waitress we ended up with was great, accommodating, and paid great attention to our party of 5.
The food was good. It all came out in bits and pieces, but since we weren’t on a particular schedule, it was ok. We all received what we ordered, and it was correct. Everything was delicious and cooked to our specifications. No complaints.

I first want to say our server Ashley was amazing. She went above and beyond to provide the best service. Ashley always made sure we had what we needed as fast as possible. She was very sweet and kind. The food was also very good!! But the server deserves a raise for sure!

You guys have an amazing bartender. We are bartenders ourselves and I keep meaning to catch her name but she has remembered my boyfriend and I after only a couple of times of sitting at her bar and provides excellent service every time. It’s normally a Monday night if we do come in so please Avon Chilis Management recognize your amazing bartender that is usually there in the evenings. Chains don’t appreciate those phenomenal employees enough but she deserves all the praise!

We were so excited to try Chilis tonight, since we haven’t in a while. The service was pretty slow as they were very busy. We ordered the Trio App to start, it was delicious! Took a while but very good. The southwest egg rolls are amazing! We also got the mozzarella sticks, holy cheese pull! As well as the honey chipotle chicken tenders- sauce was amazing! But my entree is where things turned for the worst. I ordered the quesadilla salad. When it arrived it had nothing but the chicken and tortillas on top with rock hard almost burnt quesadillas. We had to ask our waitress to bring out the rest of the salad (cheese, corn, pico…) the salad was honestly not great and the burnt quesadillas were foul. I was so disappointed.

My friend and I sat at the bar for dinner tonight. Our server was Maisy. She did a fantastic job. We never had to ask for anything, she checked on us continually to see if we had everything we wanted. She was so friendly, while also being very professional. She obviously knew her job very well. She made it a fun and very enjoyable dinner. Made us feel like valued customers. People like Maisy make you want to come back again. Chili’s should feel very fortunate to have her as an employee. The food was great, too!

The wife and I went here on a random Thursday. It was both our first time at Chili’s, we wanted to go after seeing commercials of the big quarter pound burgers! We got sat immediately, placed our drink and app order shortly after. Drinks and apps came around 8-13 mins later (not to long) but with NO silverware or straws. We asked three different times to two different waiters if we could get utensils. Took about 35 mins for us to have a fork and straw, after food and drinks arrived to our table. We then placed our dinner order, we both ordered burgers. I got the big burger and she got the old timer. While waiting, server brought more drinks and apologized for the long waits because “Thursdays are their busy days”. . . . She walks away and seconds later and person who we assume was manager, brings food to our table. He doesn’t explain what dish is which. So my wife and I have to figure out who’s is who’s. Lone behold, the food we were eating wasn’t even for our table! Burgers? Yes! But not ours! I didn’t know, my wife didn’t know! So the server proceeds to ask if we want what we actually ordered, once she figures out our food is still sitting in the kitchen. We insisted that what we had was ok and not to bring what was actually ours. The server brings it out to our table anyway. Mind you, we already ate more than half what was brought to us prior. Server states she’s sorry for the mishap, and that the bill will reflect properly. All of this would be understandable if the place was actually busy! None the less, server took all our meals off except one burger and our drinks! Cool! So I felt bad and tried to tip ALOT to cover all the food which I ordered. It’s not the servers fault, but the damn machine put a max on what I’m aloud to tip!!!!! Idk, it was a crazy experience! I’m probably not going to go back. The apps were delicious! The burgers we got (but didn’t order) lol, were ok!

First time ordering for pickup. First time we ate-in, about a year ago, and it wasn’t a bad experience, and no complaints with the food. Have to say how extremely happy I am that today I paid extra for bitter, yellow, shriveled up, unseasoned, DISGUSTING asparagus that didn’t even have the inedible ends snapped off and a teensy tiny piece of steak that I highly doubt was even 6oz. And it definitely wasn’t cooked to medium, as I specified, it was 100% well done. Really disappointed. Definitely glad I didn’t bother tipping because they sure didn’t deserve it.

We had a wonderful experience at this chili’s; the food and service was exceptional. The food was way better than we expected and the menu was very large with much to choose from. We had an app sampler and some entrees and everything came out great. We will definitely be returning again.
