The Number 6 (Roast Beef & Provolone) is one of the finest deli style sandwiches around. I couldn’t imagine eating anything else. This location has super friendly help and the consistency of the food is spot on from visit to visit. I’m never disappointed with my meal. Great job!

The two black ladies that work here we’re going back-and-forth about my service dog and had so much attitude. One of them actually walked away from making my sandwich after having a fit saying, she asked me what I want on my sandwich, but she didn’t look at me when she said it so I didn’t hear her and she threw her hands up and walked in back. Then the supposed other black manager lady rang me up.. the Apple Pay was not working, she took my sandwich right away, put it on the back counter and said it’s not working. Have a nice day. Thankfully, there was a nice guy working there that tried it again, and it successfully went through. These two girls were extremely unprofessional and absolutely rude. I just don’t feel like jersey Mike’s is a place to act ghetto. It was a weekend shift. The guys that normally work during the week are great. The two African-American women are such an awful experience. Being bullied by those two women for my disability, it was absolutely by far the worst experience I’ve ever had any fast food restaurant. You cannot treat me differently because I have a service animal and I know that’s right stemmed from because they kept talking about my dog. Also, the way she took my sub and said Apple Pay isn’t working and basically tried to shove me out of the store. I’d just think that some the “manager” might have a better experience sticking to the dishes. But I’ve always had a good experience at Jersey Mike’s with all the guys up until those women and unfortunately don’t think I will be returning.

I’ve always had a good experience here at this jersey mikes. I always get my order in right away and then it is always delivered to me with a smile. Sometimes I make weird additions to my subs and they always accommodate that no questions asked.

I went in one day and ordered a sub. It was wrapped up and given to me without the option of adding anything like the others in line were getting. So I asked about that and (Nathan the manager) told me that I have to tell them everything at the beginning when I order….okay.

I got two subs, one chip, and asked for two cups for water. It came to about 28 dollars and I was confused why it was so expensive. I wanted to ask why it was 28 dollars before paying but the employee already walked off without even completing the transaction. I paid and then I wanted the receipt to see why it was 28 dollars. I waited a bit and asked another employee if I can have the receipt and I saw they charged me for two drinks. I told the guy I didn’t order the drinks and he asked one of the manager. The manager came to fix the issue really annoyed and annoyingly gave me another receipt without explaining what she did. I asked if I got refund and she annoyingly and rudely said yea. And then she made sure I wasn’t stealing soda without paying. Other location jersey mike’s employees are nice but I was surprised how rude the employees/manager are in this location. The employees/manager just looked like they don’t care about anything.

Ordered online. A #8 sub with pepper relish on the side and two brownies. When I picked up my order, I checked it and the bag contained two small cookies. I went back inside and asked if they were out of brownies, the woman replied yes and asked if I wanted large cookies instead. I exchanged the small ones for large and went on my way. I checked again and found no pepper relish, so I went back inside again and received the pepper relish. When I got home I found that the bread on my sandwich was rock hard, obviously very old and stale. Over $27 for a terrible sandwich and two cookies.

I placed an order online and1) it wasn’t ready when I got there, 2) the staff was short, 3) they were out of wheat bread, and this was the second time I was there, and they were out of wheat bread. In addition, they were going to make the sandwich. Assuming I want it white bread, and not tell me. I just happened to notice they were making my sandwich and I had asked about it. I will probably not come back to this Jersey Mike’s.
