I generally have a good experience when ordering at this location, it can be hit or miss though.
I will impart some words of wisdom, just beware when ordering online if you order a sandwich that lists bacon as an ingredient, and you instruct them to omit the bacon, they will NOT follow instructions and they will still put it in your sandwich.
Unfortunately, this has happened to me on more than one occasion when I have ordered the #9 Club Supreme. I checked the Remove Bacon box and in the Special Instructions box, I also said not to put bacon in my sandwich, but they did anyway.
So, if you do not eat bacon for religious purposes (I don’t I just don’t like it) be very careful. You will bite into your sandwich and lo and behold, there’s bacon
What is really interesting is, another poster said that they omit bacon from his sandwich when he actually wants it. I have the opposite problem, I don’t want it and they give it to me anyway! Maybe you have to do reverse psychology and tell them the opposite of what you want so you can actually get what you want.
Also, if you place an order online and order a drink, chips, etc. check your bag before leaving the store as there have been times that they will forget items.

My son just left this location, picking up a #7 for me. When I took a bite, it had the most rancid taste ever! Not sure what on the sandwich was rancid, but I ended up throwing the whole sandwich away. He paid cash and gave a good tip! Highly disappointed.

I love, love love Jersey Mike’s subs. But we do have one consistent issue: when we order the Club Sub, you’ve got to be sure to watch it being made. We’ve had several times now when we get home, and find the advertised bacon and mayo has been left off. Really disappointing, and you don’t want to wrap it all up, take it back, and have it fixed. So, you eat it as is, disappointed. So, my advice: pay close attention as the sandwich is being put together. Great staff, great food, just one nagging consistent error.

Website, app, and google listed closing time at 9:00pm. Walked in the store at 8:10pm, and was told with an attitude “we’re closed”. No sign in place, door was unlocked, no explanation, no apologies. Super frustrating considering I drove out during the storm just to not be able to get my food.

By far the worst jersey mikes sandwich I’ve had, I gave them simple instructions I asked for light cheese and I got extra cheese, and the sandwich was folded, the meat was under cooked and not chopped at all there was a piece of meat the size of a golf ball it honestly looked like a drunk person made it and to be honest the guy did look drunk it was a older I think Hispanic bald dude and it seemed the dude didn’t speak or read any English cause he didn’t follow anything that was on the ticket.

The experience at this location is ok the people there is nice but some days they cut the meat and cheese too thin and the sandwich is not really filled then other days the crew fill the sandwiches really nice these sandwich are too expensive to skimp on the meat and cheese

Great food and service here at the Hopkins Mn location . Kevin and Tony hooked it up! We got a Club Supreme Mikes way and a Chicken Philly Cheese Steak…SO FRIKKIN GOOD I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I love the sanwiches!! The location is great with wonderful customer service along with the large variety of sandwiches to choose from. They have really enhanced the social distancing and requiring face masks. Knollwood area is awesome. I shop there all the time

They surprised me with how much meat but still had pretty decent flavor. Along with how well out together it was in total. I had the large Philly cheese steak. I will be back to try other sandwiches.
