1st and last time coming here. Too busy asking for donations and tips that you ignore the customer when your credit card machine isn’t working. If I got charged twice and I paid cash because your worker wasn’t helping me at all. Not one employee said hi or thank you. I will not recommend this place and all this before even eating the food.

I go to this Jersey Mike’s in Maplewood MN every week or two. I always have the same order. Your workers are phenomenal. They remember me and they know exactly what I want and how it’s made. Excessive ONIONS. If there is a new person the other workers say exactly what I want. So each worker gets trained on how to make me a happy customer. I love the way they treat customers. The store is always very clean everybody is very pleasant and you always have brownies for me. I recommend this place to everyone for exceptional service and exceptional food.

I haven’t been able to get out lately but I stopped by jersey mikes yesterday for my birthday and the employees were awesome and helped me out with my order , it was one of the best sandwiches , I ordered a Italian I strongly recommend . The location is run right. You all deserve a raise.

I share my visits to Jersey Mikes between this Maplewood spot and the Vadnais Heights location (also good) however a special mention that this particular crew has good continuity, teamwork and is all-around top-notch, which does encourage me to make it my prioritized location. The subs are assembled well and the individual ingredients are in good condition.
