We were standing and waiting for 15 minutes to be entertain, however the employee entertain the mobile order instead of me standing in the line. I can heard the manager no order at the moment because the machine had technical issue. It will be fine if my children were not hungry. So we have to move on and went to broad river branch instead.

I’m sitting here eating my KFC reading these reviews trying to figure out what kind of experiences some of these people are saying they had and if some of these reviews are even authentic. I live very close to this location and I’m not lying when I say that I drive past Zestos, to come to this KFC, on purpose. Every time I come to this location the staff is always super sweet to me, my food is always exactly what I ordered, and I have never waited longer than about 5 minutes and that was for a huge family meal. I’ve literally been through the drive thru a couple of minutes after they closed at 10pm not realizing what time it was and not only did they still take my order, but again, the staff was pleasant, friendly and professional.

I’m writing this review because I’ve been in here for half an hour already and still don’t have food. I had to wait 10 minutes with no cashier when I came in and now it’s taken 20 mins to get my famous bowl and no one told me it was going to be long. On top of that they charged me for 2 famous bowls when I order 1 the other day. I won’t be back. Also when they finally have me my famous bowl they said they called me but I went to the bathroom right after I ordered and then check and there was no food in the order area. If they are calling food out they need to leave it on the pick up counter not take it in the back or how could I know. Not cool.

Don’t eat here. We decided to eat in the dining room. Ordered meals for my son and myself. The young girl at the register was nice. I was informed they had no Original chicken and it would be a 17 minute wait. I said I wanted Xtra Crispy anyhow. I was given the wrong soda, lids were not marked as to what was inside and the girl couldn’t remember. We get our meals and ask for butter for the biscuits and ketchup for the fries. We were then informed the ONLY condiment they had was ranch. No butter, no ketchup just ranch. At that point we decided to take the food home. Guess what was in my meal??? Original Chicken that was supposed to still be cooking not Xtra crispy like I wanted, I also didn’t get the cole slaw that I paid for. I’m pretty sure the employees were to high to get anything right. And 3 employees just hanging outside the entrance door on their phones.

The worker in drive-thru was amazing. Great personality. Sad he has to work where customers are smoking dope in drive-thru thru. The chicken tenders were not crispy as shown on TV. They tasted like frozen wings with seasoning, not crispy at all.

The service was horrible! Have not been in a few months so was not aware the dining room was open. Went through the drive thru as normal for a mobile pickup but needed to order additional food that was asked for after order was submitted online. Was not able to do so. She was short and said to use the side door. Order was supposed to be ready at 10:50 we arrived a bit after and still had to wait 20 minutes. The beyond chicken is horrible! Breading tastes okay but the ‘meat’ texture is like pate, Nay like liver. The normal food was great per everyone else and the order was surprisingly accurate. The rating is due to the service and wait.

I ordered a 8pc meal for 19.99 last night that cost over 25.00 they didn’t have Any biscuits and wouldn’t give me gravy for my mashed potatoes even after I told them they forgot. The chicken with the long gold braids and no hair net insisted it was in the bag while the young man in the back thought it was all a big joke! If I could give you no stars I would!! The chicken
