I just left this store and the woman there is so snotty and rude because they made a mistake. I asked them to fix it and she said “well you didn’t tell me not to cut your sandwich” but I told the person that was making my sandwich that I did NOT want it cut and he even acknowledged that he forgot and it was his mistake but this classy lady working the cash register had the audacity to get rude with me about something her coworker admitted he made a mistake on. I paid for the sandwich and left it there sitting at the cash register! The lunch lady can have lunch on me!

(I did give the food 4 stars because in the past the food has been really good here…but the service sucks and I’ll only return just to buy another sandwich and leave it sitting there again…. call me Petty Ruxpin)

I came to the store 10 minutes before they closed it. Seem like they did not want me in there with the fact i wasnt greeted. Thier was employee named David was to handle my order, I noticed the process was a little off. When he set my a loaf of bread into puddle’s of fluids onto the counter instead of the normal cutting board in the counter top, The Employee quickly tried to brush it away and getting the bread wer and his gloves. I knew for a fact his gloves we’re contaminated . That we’re now covered in this fluid that he continued to touch my bread. I asked him to change his gloves and to put the bread onto the paper . I asked kf the bread contaminated safe to eat.He mumbled and said, yeah, turns out the bread was very soggy, and the sandwich was contaminated, buy a possible sanitation process before they were closing the restaurant. The following day, I talked to a manager, he said, don’t worry. We’ll take care of you upon. Arrival, the same employee was very confrontational, like a ticking time bomb and went off on me. And said we’re not doing anything for you. I don’t care if I got water on your sandwich. We are about to close last night and that is what happens when we close we take everything down and start washing the countertops
he said. I said how do I know it wasn’t contaminated. This is for my children, they have food.Allergies, let alone oil or water.Why would you continue with that type of service?I would stay away from this store.The manager says one thing and the employees it seemed like they’re not in too satisfaction and dont respect the customer when dissatisfiedAnd rather start a conflict, I would stay away from this store and never bring anyone. You cant trust stores they cover up hygiene who knows how many loaves of bread get dropped on the floor and put back up on the shelf that ‘s the type of people I feel like are making their food

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s but this location was one of the worse experiences I had.

I got 2 sandwiches and 1 request per sandwich. 1 to change the cheese and the other to add mayo. Neither of those request happened. And I even repeated it the sandwich maker to make sure. I went to pay and when I got home was disappointed.

Not only was the quality not what it normally is and it severely dropped. But of course the price didn’t!

First time I ever regretted buying from the company and might not go back. Debating.

Explain why there’s a tip screen while im trying to tear my my giant sandwich thats 1/2 way cut down in the 4 area. It’s supposed to be 4 parts not a long 1/2 cut sandwich that i have to tear like caveman

Left Review bottom months ago that wasn’t very good. Since then he came back to the store twice. When I came in the first time, I quickly realized it was the same guys that I had when I wrote the review. Didn’t notice at the time when I wrote the review, but these are the same guys that I have been making my sandwiches for a long time. I would’ve never wrote that review. Could’ve been there I’m not sure, but these guys have continuously given me the best service throughout the years every single time. So I needEd to come on here and change that review because they are all very hard workers very friendly, very welcoming and they make the best sandwiches!! And I usually always come in after four or five pm.

Service has gone downhill. I always came here once a week for my subs. I recently went here on Monday night and was not greeted with a hello by either woman working and the woman cashier never smiled or said thank you. I usually tip but this time I did not feel it was appropriate.

The previous time I was greeted and even given a soda for the long wait time because of a trainee. I will not be back until they let that cashier go. I spend good money here and expect good service. Plenty of other options I can go to.

Sylvia is by far the rudest service employee I have ever dealt with. Not only was the service poor she and another male coworker whose name i couldn’t laughed and snickered about the poor service. I have had great experiences at other locations which is disappointing because the maplewood whitebear ave location is the most convenient for me. I will not return to jersey Mike’s even though I really enjoy their sandwiches. I would rather have good service and I will definitely tell my friends family and coworkers to steer clear. The management should be ashamed for allowing extremely poor service. And judging by the reviews I have read I am not the only disappointed customer. I hope the owner of the franchise reads this. I wish there was negative stars because I would rate them a negative 5.
