I ordered online while I was sitting out in the parking lot. The employees have it set so if you order online it takes an hour before you get your order. They were not busy at all. There was no reason for them to set carry out times an hour out.

Wow this has to be the best sub I’ve eaten in 53 years! Oh wow delicious, the bread so fresh it’s like I just took it out the oven, portion of sandwich is blowing my mind. I could only eat half of a half sandwich! I will never go to another sub shop! Jersey Mike’s keep being excellent!!!

Disappointed that this store closed 20 minutes early on a Friday night. Your staff refused to make eye contact with me at the door. One employee walked around the corner and when they say me they stepped back to hid behind the corner, and no one would answer the phone. Love Jersey Mikes but today left a bad taste in my mouth.

A bit of a high price for half a sub. Almost $8. Especially with the lack of flavor. The bread was decent. But the meat definitely needed more flavor. The sauce wasn’t that good either so it didn’t really help. Overall 4/10. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Today I brought my elderly grandmother to try Jersey Mike’s for the first time. She did not hear the man ask her a question and he treated her very poorly and looked at us like we were stupid. He did not repeat the question he just stood there and stared at us. I took it upon myself to explain to my grandmother what he meant, but I thought the attitude was completely inappropriate. Coming from someone that works in customer service, it made me very upset to see an elder be treated that way.
