Simply stellar, came in with party of 4 with no reservation, they were full but accommodated our party at a bar table. Service was very attentive and friendly. Ordered the birria quesadillas and dulce de leche bread pudding for dessert and they were just phenomenal. Others were very pleased with the al pastor and lengua tacos as well as the flan. Mezcal house margaritas excellent. Will 1000% be back enthusiastically very soon

We passed this restaurant every night during our vacation in Ithaca and it always had people sitting outside. We decided to sit inside and it was cozy and inviting. The server was friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were great! We got to try the ceviche and had chips and salsa but still had room for our dinners. Everything was hot and fresh.

What a vibe! Excellent food, every time. The atmosphere is sharp and comfy, tough combo to pull off. Service is impeccable. I love going here for an intimate dinner or with several friends. Truly, it works! I know the bar stuff is important to them, lots of tequilas and beers, but that’s not my thing so I cannot judge.

You might think from the sidewalk that a basement restaurant is not where you want to go, but you would be so wrong. This place is a treasure chest for authentic Mexican and Latin cuisine.

We sat at the bar and Gail was our server. She took us on a journey through the menu and happy hour specials as we had a half hour to go before 6:00 pm. She also showed us the extensive Tequila and Mezcal list which was boasting some 20+ bottlings of each type.

We settled on a variety of scratch made tacos which were expertly prepared, washed them down with Modello Especial and sipped on tequila along the way. For desert, we had the house prepared Flan which was superb.

This place is authentic from beginning to end. Get in here as soon as you can.

Horrendous customer service. Overpriced average food. Haphazard atmosphere. My son and I went there last week and we got our tacos to share, we were given one plate. When I asked for another plate, the short waiter smugly said, “You’ll be okay. Enjoy amigos.” How lazy and dissatisfied do you have to be to not go grab a requested plate?? It wasn’t busy. The food was okay but overpriced. I know they’re trying to be rustic but there’s actual holes in the floor. Not recommended.

This was an unexpected surprise. My girlfriend and I were not ready for how yummy the burger was at a Latiné joint.
The service was lovely, we were seated outside (inside is downstairs in this basement restaurant) and we did not wait too long for our large plates to come out.
We were so pleased we even got flan for desert, which was mouthwateringly good.

Great food, fun & friendly service! The ambiance was fine – either in the comfortable downstairs dining room & bar, or out in the open air on the sidewalk. Amazing take on ceviche and so nice to have tasting flights of very smooth tequila! My wife tried the eggplant smothered in avocados; I had a hearty steak salad. Lots of fun hot sauces and pickled veggies as a condiment bar. Enthusiastic young waiter – wish we could recall his name; he was a real asset to the restaurant.

We went on a Sunday evening. Fresh ingredients, delicious empanadas, yummy fish tacos and too pricey margaritas. The four of us enjoyed the food however it was expensive and many items missing from the drink list.

Great place to eat in Ithaca. The service is friendly but slow due to crowd size. People stand near your table if you are up front while waiting for a table which can be intrusive. Food is very good. I saw the waitress use someone else’s water container for another table! Wouldn’t drink the water due to that. Management should address that.

Really great food! The place was so busy when we came in. We needed to sit at the bar while we waited for a table to open up for 20 minutes. They served us drinks at the bar and then we moved to the table to have chips and guacamole with the chicken quesadilla and two of the tacos pablanos. Overall a large of amount of food that was perfectly flavored. The staff was very nice and the seating was perfect. Hope this helps!
