Hot and cold subs are both delicious. I have a food allergy and I can’t say enough good things about the team members. Everyone is careful. The manager is amazing! Had never been to this location , decided to go for lunch today. The energy was bad from the time I entered the door. The lady in charge was barking orders at staff. She told me be right with you after I stood there for 2 to 3 minutes. None of the staff was smiling nor seemed happy enough to help a customer. The sandwich was good the atmosphere was not!!! She’s a mean spirited woman and probably hard to work for.

Ordered food and while waiting, had to listen to three employees talk about their manager and their employment business. Then had to wait for one who was ringing up my food, to finish reading the text to the other employees. I then asked for a water cup before having to request a receipt. She gave me my receipt without looking at me or saying anything. Later an older black fellow was paying and she couldn’t have been more polite. Very friendly. I guess since i am white, i was treated differently.

When I placed my order today I nicely asked for the lighter bread and she deliberately ignored my request. I’m not trying to be difficult, I just can’t chew hard bread. Any other Jersey Mikes honors my request and doesn’t give me attitude about it. I’ve managed JM years ago and had the two week training in Jersey. This is NOT how they treat customers.

The food is always good, however when the employees are working on an online order they will not even acknowledge your presence when waiting to order a sandwich. Also putting a receipt under a piece of bread is disgusting and they did it on every online order. This is very nasty and receipt papers have chemicals you shouldn’t even touch with your hands much less on your bare buns and meat.

Regular customer until today. Man I think that would have been handling my food had black mascara, eyeliner, eye shadow, blush, what appeared to be lip stick or maybe gloss. All that to go with a moustache and bottom lip whiskers. I walked out without saying anything and won’t be going back. Management needs to grow a pair and end the non sense. Just wanted them to know my dissatisfaction and anyone else that doesn’t want to waste a trip to do the same as myself.

Everyone working between 12-1pm today should consider other employment.. I doordashed a #9 mini on rosemary parm with only pickles, onions, lettuce, mayo and a #7 regular on white bread with only lettuce and mayo both with chips and a rootbeer… received a giant size Philly cheese steak and a giant size #7 that was made mikes way with pickles and onions, also no chips or drink were included. But it was all in the bag with my actual order on the ticket, so someone was being lazy. Thank god doordash refunded the whole thing, both sandwiches were given to other people to eat. Get it together, guys

The guy at the counter was a massive jerk. I’ve never been here before and he was so annoyed that I had to ask any questions. Definitely won’t be going to this location ever again because on top of all that, my sandwich has barely any meat.
