Ordered pizza on the app said it would be ready between 1819-18:31. Then the order said complete on the tracker. Well after that, a kid came out and said that they messed up one of the pizzas and said it would be another 7 minutes. I asked for the managers phone number because you should get a pizza for free for them not having the pizza out in the two minute time frame. He said he isn’t able to give out her number. If this is the case take down the customers phone number down and have the manager call the next day. Don’t say the order is complete in the system, without it being complete.

Calling in your order is always the best. They even offer you a discount if you pick up your order. Fast service, I normally order for a family of 6 and it takes about 15 minutes to be ready for pick up. The kids have fun writing on the chalkboard for those of us that can remember them being in schools, lol. The only reason for 4/5 stars is because if they’re slammed it can be hard to get your order in a timely fashion. Other than that, great place for pizza!

Do not trust anything you are told by this store. We made an order that arrived and was not what we had ordered. They told us that they were very busy and that they could remake the order, but it would be over an hour, or they could credit our account for the full cost of the meal. Of course we opted for the credit. They said, “Next time you call in, just let us know you have a credit and we’ll pull it up on your account.”

I don’t like giving awful reviews but this definitely deserves one. My husband came in once and they told him sorry 30more mins because they were busy. So he said no worries he’d come back in 30. He then waits the 30mins, and returns. When he gets there they say sorry another 30mins!!! This is unacceptable, we have a 2 yr old screaming now for pizza and we still have none. We are now having to drive to little ceasers to get a pizza. Very disappointing. Horrible customer service.

Totally mixed bag depending on who is working on any given day. The food has been fine in my experience, but most annoying is that you’ll place a delivery order online, everything goes through, then they call a few minutes later to say there’s no driver available. You have to hope they know what they’re doing to properly cancel the delivery charge and go pick it up yourself, or cancel completely.

Dominos in Stansbury is the worst place in Tooele County for pizza. Orders are always made wrong, 2 hr delivery times, employees hang up on you and lie about everything. It takes a lot for me to complain but this is per laziness

Didn’t get my order out when they said it would be done. However they all doing their best just teens that are slammed on a Friday night. The manager is amazing super nice and a big sense of urgency.
