They advertise boho on the wings for Wednesday. We ordered pizza and wings but did not get the free wings. When we asked about it the manager just said it’s not on the ticket so we didn’t make it. Customer service is non existent at this location. He didn’t even offer to make the wings we should have gotten. Plus the pizza tastes like the cardboard box it comes in. Last trip to Pizza Hut. They have gone down the drain. It’s sad how terrible the restaurants have become.

Not all Pizza huts are created equal. Why my garlic cheesy bread had tiny garlic pieces all over it and not enough cheese. Sighs it’s always a gamble based off locations because the one near my house garlic cheese bread was outstanding.

Customer service is atrocious. The app kept crashing after I updated so I called and asked about deals. The person I spoke to told me to check online. I explained the app was broken to simply be told “no it isn’t” after being placed on hold only to repeat myself when she came back. Next she passed me off to someone else who was equally curt only not rude at least. Btw…your app is broken…

I wish I had read the reviews 1st, but I didn’t & now I regret it. It’ll be a long time before u order from here again. They totally messed up my order. I orderd a large pizza with pepperoni, sausage & barbecue saudmce for the sauce with a side of cinnamon sticks. The only thug right about the order, was the Cinnamon Sticks. The pizza had no barbecue sauce (actually no sauce period) & no pepperoni (instead they added bacon). At they got the sausage right, lol.
