I didn’t catch the guys name I wish I did. He was working today 08/25/23 around 5:30-6:00pm. Had dark hair. My card was declining because I live in Virginia and we were in moyock for work which is “out of state” technically and so I’d had ask to call my bank real quick to get it covered and he was so nice to pay for my food. He didn’t have too but he gladly did, he had amazing customer service to begin with. He was so kind and generous. He definitely deserves recognition for his kindness today. If you are ever able to see this review thank you again!

Great place for lunch! I order from here all the time, they always have it ready for me when I arrive. Staff are all really friendly and will say hi to you when you come in the door. Jersey Mikes subs are a bit expensive overall and I’d like to see all locations bring their prices down.

I love this location! I always place my orders online and it’s never once been late or incorrect! And I always ask for a specific number of mayo packets and they always get it right and sometime leave a note to make sure I know they’re in the bag even if the bag looks small!

This is second time I’ve eaten at this location this week. On both occasions my bread was quite stale and this evening, my wife’s sub in a tub had less lettuce than my sandwich. I ordered online and it was ready on time though.

Please don’t offer gluten free bread if you aren’t going to take precautions. I felt like they were a little rude when I said it wasn’t a preference. I almost walked out without getting a sub. I didn’t choose to have celiac and I was happy that I could finally have a sub, but I walked away feeling horrible about it and not wanting to go back. The only thing they did different for gluten free was put my sub on a different cutting board. I’m thinking they were trying to cater more to people who choose to be gluten free rather than the people who have to be.

An extremely rude punk working there. He needs the attitude smacked out of his mouth. Wouldn’t answer the phone at 8pm, ao that I could place the order before arriving. Then acted completely un professional when I walked in at 830pm. I guess he wanted to get off early, and my business was interfering with his plans. Refuse to give them my hard earned money ever again.

Prices seem rather high, perhaps because it takes 3 people on an “assembly line” to make one sub. However, the meats and cheeses are all fresh cut, and the flavors are delicious. Don’t forget to ask for some salt for your roast beef. It was quite flat without it.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! My wife is pregnant. She had concerns about eating lunch meat not reheated to kill listeria. The manager, Annie Ross, took the time to clarify with the general manager that lunch meat meat for pregnant women should be reheated for the safety of the mother and baby. She then called my wife back to clarify and answer questions. ANNIE ROSS, you make this business great! THANK YOU FOR MAKING US FEEL WELCOME; WE WILL BE BACK!
