I’ve eaten there twice this week. I ordered the extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and macaroni and cheese. The chicken was so dry it look like it’s been sitting here all day. The second time I went there I ordered the original chicken.. and it looked like that chicken was sitting here all day. whatever happened to customer service. When you order food from these places to get where are you going and open? The box it’s like…WOW… it’s sad when you spend your money in these places and the people that serve you this food don’t even care whatever happened to customer service. KFC recently remodeled and is now the cleanest and best looking fast food restaurant I have ever been. The floors, tables, chairs, bathrooms are spotless. The staff are polite, courteous, and fast. I noticed when not serving customers, they are cleaning and cleaning. The chicken is fresh and taste right out of fryer. You have to go in to check it out yourself. You will be in disbelief!

If I could I would give this place a 0 Star. Place online order. Got there 10 mins later. Wait in drive through 15 min-20 told order is not done drive around. Second time around waited maybe 10-15 min in line. manager came out say order wasn’t ready. Was not even apologetic about it told me go inside and wait. Couldn’t even tell me how long I have to wait. 40 mins total wait time and my order wasn’t even done. Never again I go to this dump. Get new crew in there!

The food was good, the service was good. I went through the drive-up, and there was 1 car in front of me, I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what the issue was, but I waited about 10 minutes from ordering to behind the other car. Then, about 5 minutes more to get my food.

Did an online order toward totaling over $40 was told it would be ready at 4:45. I understand you get busy and sometimes things are delayed. Had to wait a half an hour for the order. Was given one bag, drove all the way home to Russell. Only to find half of the order was missing. Called the store and was given attitude by the girl, who answered saying it was our fault that the second bag was left there. No one spoke to my daughter, who picked up the order saying a second bag was left. Very poor customer service and communication. Perhaps they should train their staff on how to interact with their clients. Because obviously they haven’t a clue would not recommend.

So $20 (19.99) for 8 piece tenders? one penny shy of Twenty whole united states dollars. But hey “use our app and it’s $10!!!” Place is a ripoff. Never again KFC, never again. Extremely expensive. Spent $37 on a little micro box of nuggets, a spoonful of potatoes, and above mentioned tenders, and a single soda, mostly ice. The woman at the take out window was nice enough but at these prices she should be getting paid very well!

I spent $30 dollars for 8 peices of chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy and coal slaw and 4 biscuits. But 1 the chicken was not cooked all the way through, 2 it didn’t come with a drink, 3 the costumer service really sucks and so slow. 4 I asked them if I could change the biscuits for another side but they wouldn’t and I don’t even eat them.
