Went to the location in westfield ma take out. Ordered 2 specials each of 2 pieces of chicken dark meat. Does this look like 4 pieces of chicken. Looks like strips of chicken. Not busy. Only one there.

I ordered online, The girl who served with a bad character, I received my order and because of her character I decided to check it and I only have 4 pieces of chicken which are not the pieces I ordered, they had no salad, or fries she offered me only mashed potato. And to finish a small hair that if you see well the photo on the lid of the box you will be able to see it.

KFC recently remodeled and is now the cleanest and best looking fast food restaurant I have ever been. The floors, tables, chairs, bathrooms are spotless. The staff are polite, courteous, and fast. I noticed when not serving customers, they are cleaning and cleaning. The chicken is fresh and taste right out of fryer. You have to go in to check it out yourself. You will be in disbelief!

Annoyed we paid $17.10 for famous bowls with no popcorn chicken because “they didn’t have enough” so when we asked for
One because I’m craving it while pregnant they then said they don’t have any at all … ??? Before it was “not enough” now it’s “at all” if you didn’t wanna work say that . She also seemed annoyed when we said we would just take the famous bowls without chicken (lucky you we have popcorn chicken at home! Lol) stupid kfc and service . Don’t wanna work then don’t work there. Not to mention the corn was super hard and they might have as well served me gravy because that’s what the bowl consisted of with 5% potato’s and hard corn . This place is disgusting and wack.

The staff is always pleasant but every time I stop there it’s a 20 minute wait for original recipe. It’s after 4pm.????? This is the 3rd time in a row.
This is an update, I went back this past Tuesday, ordered my usual original recipe and they quick and on spot

I always just get a sandwich or pot pie, and they’re always good. The employees are always the nicest I’ve ever seen at any fast food area. But, why were they all standing outside around their cars with the building and parking lot lights off at 8:30pm? I thought they were closed and nearly left. Management needs to get their team together.

When I opened the box, the nuggets we’re tiny “cubes” that looked nothing like they did on the menu, and I was short by 3 pieces.
DEFINITELY not worth the 12.85 for this.
They were also very rubbery and chewy , and were lukewarm.

When Damon cooks the chicken it’s the best and Chelsey is the best manager kfc will ever have. Also Kim is the nicest sweetest employee to work there she’s so beautiful and the best ever!
