Cross contamination is an issue I noticed. Using the same gloves to wrap sandwiches that you used to touch the screen to charge people. Also saw him swipe the counter with the same gloves. Never once did he change them. I didn’t want to eat my sandwich. Say they are good sandwiches. But yuck…

Drink cooler filled with product. More items on the top. Using gloves purchased at Walgreens. Not food safe. My onions are on one half of the sub. I asked for light jalapeño and got about 12. Requested light honey mustard and it is falling out of the sub everywhere this location is NOT it. My sub isn’t even fully cut. The guy putting toppings on the sub couldn’t even differentiate the difference between the in store and online orders even when handed a ticket. I used to really prefer this location out of all the ones in the area but it has quickly become the one I will avoid from here on out. The best part of my visit was speaking with another customer. The staff was quiet and gave an awkward energy.

Shame on management for this location. The entire place seems like it is terribly run by a bunch of high school kids who don’t give a crap about their jobs, and more importantly hygiene or customer service.

I won’t be back to this location ever again based on what I saw today. I urge the owner to make all the staff in this location go back to basic education in customer service and just borderline understanding of how to do their job in a restaurant.

There’s no greeting when you walk in, dirty tables, filthy cooking area floor, staff not wearing appropriate head gear (flimsy hat that can’t even protect against hair contamination), portion sizes being way off, sandwiches off the menu not made per standard recipe, dirty toilets with no hand dryer or kitchen towels…I can go on and on and on.

I’m amazed at how this place hasn’t been shut down for food safety violations. Staff don’t care about hygiene which is concerning: one particular food prepper had his pants halfway down well below his waistline, kept pulling them up with food gloves on and touched all the food with same gloves, dropped a sandwich on the floor and proceeded to pick it up with same food gloves to throw in the trash (thankfully) but didn’t bother to change them out. Another employee had huge deadlocks (which by itself, I don’t have any problem with) that weren’t covered by the tiny cap and generally had no sense of what he was doing (he seemed like he was high???).

Atrocious experience— probably one of the worst I’ve ever had. We didn’t finish our sandwiches either, I wouldn’t let my kids eat food that was prepared so unhygienically and poorly.

I will be reporting this to the County.

We came in today 2/21/2026 at 2:30 pm. The grill was filthy, burned meat and cheese on it. The kid that was operating the grill looked like he has no idea what he’s doing, he touched raw meat, then proceeded to touch the bread; all with the same gloves. We ordered a steak and cheese bowl with no onion and no peppers, they put onions and peppers. The soda machine was leaking water all over the floor. Don’t eat here, cross contamination is a huge issue at this location. What’s the point of wearing a hat if your hair is gonna go over the hat from all direction. Employees with long dreads should wear hairnets!!

I came by for lunch. Love me a #8. Easy to find location with ample parking. Wasn’t greeted upon walking in. They put my order pretty quick even though it was their afternoon/lunch rush. The guy who took my order was really chill and got my order right. Wish they had name tags as I like to call people by their names. I placed my order on the table and proceeded to one of their unisex restrooms. Was surprised to see that they didn’t have soap in the dispenser. Instead, it was placed on the face bowl. Like one of the patrons will put it in the dispenser. Troubling as most restaurants encourage their staff to wash hands after using the restroom. If you had time to place the soap on the face bowl, you had time to put it in the dispenser. Besides that, the restaurant and service was good.

upon approaching the store i noticed that the store sign was off. When I entered i saw all the mat’s rolled up in the corner. it wasn’t that busy so I found it odd. I ordered my food and after noticing the condition of the soda and tea area decided on a bottle to be safe. I found a piece of plastic in my sandwich as well.

Come here a lot but I will not be back until management makes some changes. There’s a certain employee (lots of face tattoos is all I’ll say) who is extremely unprofessional, condescending, and rude, and he needs to go.

I went to order and was looking at the menu for the bread options, and I didn’t find it right away and it took me a few seconds before I chose white bread. This guy then let me know that I “didn’t need to take all day because we don’t have a plethora of options – we only white, white, and rosemary”. I was a little surprised that he said that to me but I just repeated, “I’ll just take white”. (And the nice, female employee who was there said to him, “Hey we have white. It’s in back.”) I don’t know what this guy’s problem was – I ordered off the menu and it just took me a few seconds.

Then he started making my sandwich and I told him the toppings I wanted. He muttered something under his breath about (not?) “knowing how to order correctly”. I heard it, so I spoke up and said, “Oh are you saying that’s me, or are you saying that’s not me?”. I think that caught him off guard because then he made some weird complements about how well I ordered (what?) and how “some people just take forever and can’t make up their minds”. (I think he meant to insult me but I spoke up and that seemed to make him change what he meant.)

Finally, I went to pay and he accidentally put my sandwich in another customer’s bag (which was an order in progress). I pulled my sandwich out and said, “Oh that’s not mine”. And he then loudly asked all the customers, “Hey who’s bag is this?!”, and another customer spoke up saying that it was his and that they were still finishing his order. And then this guy started scolding this other customer (who had done nothing wrong by the way) for leaving his order bag on the counter. He said something like “No, don’t leave it up here after you paid for it” (even though he didn’t have all of his sandwiches).

I’ve dealt with face tattoo before and if these interactions were limited to just me, I might overlook it, but when this guy started criticizing another customer I realized just how terribly this employee represents the whole company.

Jersey Mike’s, you need to need to deal with this guy, and honestly you probably need to have a conversation with your store manager for letting service slip to this level. You’re losing business because of it. You’ve already lost mine for now.

This location continually disappoints as they simply don’t even acknowledge mobile orders until you arrive. And they wait 5 minutes after you say something to start. I arrived at the exact time the app said to and noticed my order was the only ticket on the counter yet no one was working it. There were at least 5 employees working and all were focused on restocking or other tasks that didn’t entail making sandwiches.

This has happened the last three times i ordered on the app which is very disappointing and will likely find another location moving forward. I have two stars because at least the food was good.

Walked in and got in line waited my turn. They asked me what I wanted. I told the guy and I said I’m also gonna want another sandwich and told him what I wanted and he misunderstood me so I said no I said this and he said with this, and I said no, I’m gonna make it different and when I said that he rolled his eyes at me. This is not the first time I’ve experienced that there I used to do the mobile order but I found it pointless because I would order it 30 minutes in advance and get there and have to wait another 15 minutes or longer for them to make it so I started just coming in and ordering it. After that happened today, I literally just said never mind and walked out. That’s it for me. There’s too many other places in the area.

I just recently moved here from MD and the difference in that location to this one is absolute night and day. The Jersey Mikes I thought I knew does not exist here. I’ve been twice now and both times I’ve stood there for at least 5 minutes with no other customers in the establishment, and the staff didn’t even give me the time of day. The first time I just walked out because I was on a time crunch. Decided to give it another try and while I finally walked out with an order, the quality was less than desirable. The bread was stale, the lettuce was old and wilted, and my fiancées “bowl” wasn’t even halfway full. I’m really not one to leave reviews, especially negative ones, but you have been warned. This Jersey Mikes location needs a serious check.

And the gentleman covered in tattoos- How….how does this man have a customer facing job?
