Edit: manager was severely sorry and remade sandwiches for me but still something to be aware of.
Asked for no tomato 3 times, they agreed there was tomato then i opened it up when i got home and not only were there tomatoes, but also a hair in the sandwich AND a hair on the inside of the paper. another employee was scratching under her wig and wiping her nose with the same gloves they were handling sandwiches with. NASTIEST PLACE!

I don’t eat at chain spots often, so I was pleasantly surprised here. The inside was almost spotless, the fresh cut subs were good. Mikey put them together with care which was awesome. The portion were super generous too. Nothing negative to say.

The Tuna sub was very good. Parking was ample, and the service was fast. This was the first time having their Tuna sub and glad I did.
The other subs are very good as well. You should always specify soft bread so you get just that. I have had many different subs from different Companies yet I will pick Jersey Mike’s most of the time. The store was clean and the staff wore golves.

Specifically asked. Looked this guy in the eye and asked cut it once in the middle. He said okay, no problem. Now it’s my fault because I wasn’t paying attention. It’s in four pieces. I don’t think instructions are that difficult.

Awful. Three people working there, a slow flow of people coming in the door, and they couldn’t get anything right. There MAY have been a new girl on the grill, but if she was new, then she wasn’t getting any help. Not a single one of them seemed genuinely sorry that they forgot to make my sub (and then they didn’t even allow me to add toppings), then they just slapped it together and said “Sorry guys”. Customer service FAIL!! …and the chicken is COLD!

Very poor service. Ordered 5 subs took more than 15 minutes to complete my order. Spent $53. The sandwich makers took faster easier orders in front of mine. Guess customer service and a line order means nothing. Customers that arrived after me were finished and left before me. No apologies were made. Only excuses were made. Will go to North Olmsted Jersey Mikes next time.

I placed my order online at 12:19pm and it said it would be ready for pickup at 12:34pm. I ordered a mini cold sub with a bag of chips. The store was busy when I got there because it’s lunch time on a Sunday. Every single person that was waiting in line got their food prior to me and four people walked into the store and got theirs before I did. When I finally asked, I was told it was almost done. They finished the subs for the two walks ins and then I got mine at 12:48pm. The sandwich was okay, I’ve had better. They didn’t prioritize the online orders at all during this experience. Delays happen, just unfortunate when they do.

I didn’t know they had a gluten free sandwich bread and even a cookies option for dessert. Subway better stuff it up, because $15-17 salad is what I can eat there. Thank you… Price is ok, but to be able to eat normal. The sandwich was amazing and fresh. The took there gloves off and clean the counter.. 10/10..
