I don’t eat at chain spots often, so I was pleasantly surprised here. The inside was almost spotless, the fresh cut subs were good. Mikey put them together with care which was awesome. The portion were super generous too. Nothing negative to say.

On this day 8/30/23 I placed an order for a #9. The female manager (?) Made the sandwich was very rude ,unprofessional, when I asked how to use my points. The cashier who was new and other in the store were very nice. However as she made the sandwich on the grill she slapped the meat on the grill and sloppily made the sandwich, then threw the bag on the counter. This is not ok.

This was my favorite place unfortunately not any longer -On today’s date 01/09/23 I went in person and placed an order .The female that made the sandwich was very rude ,unprofessional, and it looked like she didn’t want to be bothered at all. Zero customer service.I usually do not write reviews but this was my second time experiencing such a terrible service at the same location from the same person.For the amount of money spent on a single sandwich you would’ve think that at least a normal customer service should be expected.

I came in at 12:30 on a Thursday and didn’t leave with my one sandwich till 1:03. Employees were rude. My food was prepared and left with the online orders behind the counter. I asked her to give me the bag(because my ticket was on it and I seen my name) and I had to get back to school. She told me it wasn’t mine. People who came in after me left before me. 10 minutes goes by, she opens the bag and unwraps the sandwich, asked if I had a chicken bacon ranch and I said yes. She handed me the rewrapped sandwich and I left. The whole time I was there, this older worker was yelling and cussing at this 30/40 year old worker because he was working slowly( he seemed new. ) I left a comment on the website so someone would contact me and I could share my experience. I just got a call today about my experience, and I explained to the GM everything I just explained above. She called me a liar. Said that some aspects were believable, and the rest wasn’t. I told her she could check the cameras and they would confirm everything I just said. She said no, and hung up the phone. No wonder the workers acted that way, their GM is just as rude. I didn’t wanna complain, I enjoyed my food. I wasn’t happy with the way I was treated as a customer.

Not sure about anyone else but my online orders are made wrong quit frequently now. Missing ingredients and one time two sandwiches in my order had their tops placed on the wrong sandwich. I get it that sometimes a mess up happens, that’s life, but at the rate it’s happening I might just have to order from another store.

I tried this location for the first time since restaurants opened back up after the pandemic. Wow, is it expensive, in my opinion. For a sandwich, drink, and dessert, this location is 8 dollars higher than the surrounding restaurants for a complete meal. One thing they are generous on is their sandwich meat portions. The taste of the food was slightly above average. The service was fast. Unfortunately, the 4 star review was due to the price and the young person behind the counter that decided to make his friend interrupting him cashing me out more important than paying attention to the customer standing in front of him. Elbow bumps and what ups make the customer feel unimportant. Please save that for the high-school hallway and show a little respect for the clients who help pay your paycheck. Please take that as constructive criticism for change. With that being said, I still left a tip on my check for them because I appreciate them being there for their clients when we don’t have time to cook for ourselves after a 12 hr shift. Thank you!
