Picked up my order of 2 subs but got home and one sub was only meat. It should have been a Club. Called the store, the girl apologized and offered a refund. I accepted. Then she said she couldn’t refund it but that she would leave a note that I get a free sub anytime in the next two weeks. I asked for the refund. She apologized and said she couldn’t because she would have to refund the whole order. We paid for one sub with points and paid for the second and a bag of chips. She said she couldn’t refund it because of the bag of chips. $2!! That $2 got you a one star review. The worker was very polite and apologetic. The fact that she couldn’t override or get a manager, or offer the refund at a later date when a manager was there, or anything else, gets you this review. Mistakes happen. Do better with customer service when they do.

With Jersey Mike’s showing up all over the place and liking their food better some of the others, I needed to try something out. After picking up my wife from the airport, I got on the app and picked a Jersey Mike’s on my route home and placed the order for pickup. I picked one about 30 miles out to get me out of the airport and city traffic. 30 minutes later I pulled up to the store, grabbed my bag, and was back on my way. Very convenient!

While I am always happy with Jersey Mike’s food……tonight was a miss ordering. The order was not complete and no way to reach store because phone goes directly to voice mail which has not been set up at this time. Highly disappointed.

The staff is friendly, efficient, and makes you feel welcome every time. The subs are fresh, delicious, and made just the way I like them. Would give zero stars if I could. Charged us for 4 sandwiches, we had 3 and points to get one free. Argued with us about it, realized she was wrong, tried to reverse it, couldn’t figure out how to do it, thought she did, turns out she still charged us and used our points for a free sub. So we paid for 4 subs when it should have been two and only received three subs. The actual definition of incompetence. Oh and she took our receipt and threw it away. Go to literally any other Jersey Mikes. This one sucks.

Its been a terrible time going in there the past few months I’ve tried it. The manager, if you wanna call them that. Is so rude to her team, always upset looking, team clearly doesnt respect her as a “leader” Food is always a wait because they are behind on online orders. Not a good atmosphere to eat in or work in from my past few experiences being there.
But hey, just my jersey mikes experience.

They made me the wrong sub so I went back to get it fixed which I HAD TO RETURN THE SUB TO GET IT CORRECTED SO I DID JUST THAT, then they mess up the freaking second sub !!! Like holy people don’t have time all day to return three times to get their order fixed!! The first time they made me the completely wrong sub then the second time they forget to put on the bacon like just save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else, go to subway they don’t mess up subs or go to chipotle where you can see them make it…..I shouldn’t have to pay attention to my sub being made to make sure it’s got the correct ingredients on it…. IF I ORDER A CLUB SUPREME THE MIKES WAY YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT THE HELL TO PUT ON THE SUB ITS RIDICULOUS… mess up two times, I just ate the sub I didn’t even order bc I was done wasting my time with it and I was starving so PAY ATTENTION AND BEWARE YOU’VE been warned
