Always a good Jersey Mike’s to stop at. May not be the largest but the staff is one of the best. Subs are always tasty and orders accurate. Do not hesitate to stop here when in the mood for subs.

I’ve worked at Jersey Mike’s in the past for multiple years. I still eat their sandwiches every week, I love it that much. I have eaten at so many locations over several states I can’t even count. No doubt, this is by far the WORST location I’ve ever been to. Since the day they opened, their preparation, timing and attitudes have been terrible. Dry, tasteless tuna (a CRIME), meat so thin and spare that you can’t taste it. I’ve had better sandwiches from Subway recently, and that’s saying something.

We’re not in Jersey, but there’s Jersey Mike’s just across the parking lot from my hotel…. Service was quick and courteous. Store was clean. My sammich was exactly what I needed after that long travel day.

The girl at counter friendly and welcoming. I was the only one ordering a sandwich. The only change I made to my order was to add mayo. Left and got back to my room, and sandwich is pathetic and no mayo….Very disappointing over all. Bad dinner choice and will not be on the list to return too!

I visited this location Sunday evening and caught 2 male workers checking out customers with gloves on and handling money then they proceeded to handle subs with the same contaminated gloves. I said something to the male worker before he touched my sub and he proceeded to continue wearing the same contaminated gloves and wrapped my sub even after I mentioned it to him.

Today my daughter and I stopped in and got a sub at jerseys and ick!!!! The mayo had a layer of spoiled nasty a inch thick I asked them to scrap it off they mixed it in. was super stale .Called in after we left manager was no help. I couldn’t eat my food knowing I may get food poisoning. I love there subs but the lack of care. They where more worried about what ever convo they where having than serving customers. I will not be returning to the delaware store. Except to return the sub

Incredibly disappointed in this location. We ordered through Doordash, and I accidentally clicked #64, instead of #65. We called right away and asked if we could pay the difference over the phone ($0.75 mind you) to get the chicken added. We were told no. Asked if we could cancel the entire order. We were told no. Ok, whatever, I’ll eat the #64. It finally gets delivered, and guess what, I wasn’t even given anything! So I call back, and get “I’m working with kids” and the offer of 2 free subs- which is obscenely more than the $0.75 I originally asked for to begin with. Ridiculous.

Worst Jersey Mike’s location ever. Zero customer service skills. Messed up 2 of 3 subs and severely under portioning meat and cheese. (1.2oz cheese 7.4 oz meat=8.6oz total on the giant they made me… short by almost 2.5oz) Then give you the runaround to try and justify it. Said they couldn’t refund even after they took the subs back and discarded them. Employee offered to have the owner call me. When I asked when he was going to call she said she had talked to him and he wouldn’t be calling. What a joke and a scam. Save you’re money and give it to a company or franchise owner who cares about their patrons and makes an effort.

Let me just start by saying I’m a big Jersey Mike’s fan. This location however clearly needs more training or restaffing. My husband placed an order for two Italian subs (one toasted) and a tub of cheese steak. The tub of cheese steak is the only thing that was made correctly ‍♀️. Now I realize that they don’t typically heat an Italian but I’m pregnant and I’m not supposed to eat deli meat unless it has been heated to steaming (due to the risk of listeria). My husband asked three times for the meat to be heated. The whole time he was in the store the staff acted like they had never made an Italian sub before and the manager was rude to the employees. When he got home we unwrapped our two COLD subs without any oil, vinegar or tomato. He told them he wanted all the standard toppings that come on the Italian. They kept asking what toppings he wanted even after he repeated himself as if they had no idea what went on the sub. I will give this store a few months and try again but I definitely will not continue to refer my work customers there until they improve.

Let me start by saying I love Jersey Mike’s. I’ve visited locations in multiple states. Typically on the receiving end of wonderfully tasting food and humble service. However this location is by far not a representative of this culture. First time visiting this location and it will be the last. Staff on the line constantly talking about how they hate their job, how 5 hours is to long a shift, and how they don’t receive a break. The line was dirty, floors were dirty, and they just stood around talking. I will say however the food tasted nice and they did wear gloves. For that reason you’ve earned a star. However I cannot remind you enough how obnoxious these employees were. Might I add they were complaining about gluten free bead and cleaning which is extremely disrespectful because my girlfriend has celiac disease. It’s not a fad, it’s a lifestyle forced onto her due to failing auto immune system. Thank you. I chose to eat my food there which was a mistake because my entire meal consisted of overhearing these loud moth remarks. If you are just stopping in to grab some food to go be wary the service is slow, I’m sure you figured that already. Do better.
