Yes, I ordered a pizza and when I called them to tell them, it was raw the owner Tamara accuse me of lying. I overheard the conversation between her and she they had her on the phone an employee named Tom. He was willing to remake my pizza and bring it to me and they refuse to do it. They refused a refund and I have been banned from their restaurant because of their mistake. They accuse me of lying. She said I heard her on the phone. She just wants free pizza. She accuse me of lying. I didn’t want a free pizza. I just wanted the pizza that I paid $23 for but they refuse to make it right and I got banned from the restaurant because of their mistake that they sent me a raw pizza and when I posted my experience on Facebook, someone shared their pizza that they got from there that had a cockroach in if they shared the picture of it but this is wrong the way they treated a customer. I’ve been a customer there for 30+ years regularly every week and to be treated like this is totally unacceptable and it was the owner‘s name and it’s Tamara, but she banned me from her restaurant because she made a mistake. The cook didn’t bake the pizza they only did what they call a half bake so I did not lie the pizza I had somebody take it back and they still didn’t make it right. I contacted DoorDash and they made it right. That’s pretty pathetic. DoorDash didn’t cook the pizza. DoorDash has their issues but at least they took up for me this time they didn’t bake the pizza. It was Jerrys responsibility to make it right and they refuse to. That’s pretty pathetic for a long time. Customer and I have photos it was raw. !!!

Still love Jerry’s after all these years. First introduced to their pizza about 30 years ago. It was a little crispier around the edges than we prefer but still delicious. Service was great and the cook was rocking a killer playlist that we were able to enjoy from our table. Family of 4 with young kids came in while we were there so don’t let the fact they have a bar stop you from having a family night.

Nice pizza joint on the corner of S. Paint st. Stopped in for a tire change and walked over to get lunch. Fried pickles were good, and my philly was tasty.

I was told this place was once awesome but today it just doesn’t live up to the hype. A somewhat dingy, old fashion/classic decor, that’s clean in some areas but also dirty in others. The service can be friendly but otherwise passive and others who are seemingly annoyed. The pizza is fair, with little cheese and consisting mostly of the veggie/meat toppings (Jerry’s Deluxe), sauce, and a decent crust, that is likely catering to a select taste (nostalgia?). The nachos were nothing special, akin to a convenience store special with the typical slow heated, glow yellow cheese with stale chips. Not absolutely terrible but somewhere for friends and could use a refresh all the way around from the food to the interior. May & Dec 2021

Suggested by a local, this place has it all! Sports, VLT if you’re feeling lucky, a jukebox. And you can order half and half of a pizza if you are indecisive like myself OR want to share. If you are in Chillicothe, do not let the rough outside intimidate you. It’s just as rough on the edges on the inside. But a very warm atmosphere. The waitress was even gracious enough to give us weary travellers a bucket deal of beer even though we were silly to order separately. Do the Ham and pineapple pizza!

The food is always good here. I like the wings a lot here, they are a little smaller than normal size though. Staff is friendly and they make sure that you keep your cup filled and that you don’t need anything more.
