Had a great time at Jernigan’s!! A very different way to experience a basketball game!! We booked a table 30 minutes to tipoff on OpenTable (check Kia Center website for direct link to their OpenTable page) and we got a great table right above the restaurant’s tabletop seating (which was fully booked) and with a fantastic view of the court. This is buffet-style with beer and wine included; cocktails are separate — the pricing we got was $87 per plate excluding the drinks. Vibe was more upscale-dinner-restaurant than sports bar, which was a surprise. The seating was for the whole game — we were seated at tipoff and we were at our table for the whole game. You do need a ticket to the game to get into the Kia Center– so just buy the cheapest tickets you can find since you probably won’t even use those seats. Food was good and there was a good variety to choose from. Service was great!

Hidden Gem! We’re so happy that my husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant. We’ve read the reviews and was hesitant to make a reservation. However, we did not experience anything that the reviews had to say. The staff was excellent, the food was great, and the experience was awesome. You can’t beat the price for this dinner and a show! We spoke with the new manager Andrew Fischer, he is definitely determined to give his guests superb service. Everyone that we interacted with last night (04/02) was positive and upbeat. This is the way to watch any Magic game or event. Looking forward to coming back with our children next time.

I thought this would be nice for my wife and I to go here before the Rascal Flatts Concert. The price was $60.00 per person for basically finger food and drinks. Additionally, they did not initially provide everything that was promised on the menu for the night. I had to ask about the missing dessert items listed on menu. I first started by asking if dessert was being severed and I was told no. I had to show someone that the menu stated assorted desserts. Once I showed who I thought was the manager they brought out 3 trays of cookies. That does not sound like assorted desserts. That just sounds like cookies. Cookies for a cliental that where mostly adults. Why should a customer have to remind a restaurant what is on their menu? Especially a restaurant charging $60 a person.

I had an amazing dining experience at Jernikins, thanks to Erica! She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Erica’s recommendations were spot-on, and she handled everything with professionalism and a warm smile. The food was delicious, but her service truly made the visit memorable. I’ll definitely be back and hope to have Erica as my server again. Highly recommend!

I was very impressed with how my server Vannesa took great care of us and was a good conversation during our meal and the game. Excellent service and the manager Stephanie did a superb job accommodating me with my Jernnigans experience. Highly recommend this place for a good night out with someone special!

Stay away, quality and service gone way downhill, not worth the $96 per person, should be max $30 per head. Maybe the reason why the place is half empty. Never received our drink order, waited more than half an hour for somebody to even come past and take our drink order, which never arrived.
Manager was just standing around talking and not actually teaching her staff.
better service= more drinks= more money for the restaurant=more tips for the workers= everyone happy.
Not too hard of a concept to understand.

Lots of fairly cold, bland food, with a few decent offerings. Salads were good, as were the beef and pork dishes. Sausage simply terrible. Receptionists and some behind the counter have poor attitudes-rude!!!. We were customers, not beggars. Bartenders were nice. Server disappeared for extended period when we wanted to pay. We had to get help to find him. Seats were fine wrt visibility to the basketball game. Recommend avoiding this place. Worse $100 per person meal ever.

Absolutely awful! Would give Zero Stars if that were an option. 6:30 reservation. At 6:45 line was over a 1/2 hour for a dinner ending service at 7:30. Did not sit, did not eat. What a complete disorganization. Eat elsewhere before an event at Amway Center.
