Hidden Gem! We’re so happy that my husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant. We’ve read the reviews and was hesitant to make a reservation. However, we did not experience anything that the reviews had to say. The staff was excellent, the food was great, and the experience was awesome. You can’t beat the price for this dinner and a show! We spoke with the new manager Andrew Fischer, he is definitely determined to give his guests superb service. Everyone that we interacted with last night (04/02) was positive and upbeat. This is the way to watch any Magic game or event. Looking forward to coming back with our children next time.

Stay away, quality and service gone way downhill, not worth the $96 per person, should be max $30 per head. Maybe the reason why the place is half empty. Never received our drink order, waited more than half an hour for somebody to even come past and take our drink order, which never arrived.

Lots of fairly cold, bland food, with a few decent offerings. Salads were good, as were the beef and pork dishes. Sausage simply terrible. Receptionists and some behind the counter have poor attitudes-rude!!!. We were customers, not beggars. Bartenders were nice. Server disappeared for extended period when we wanted to pay. We had to get help to find him. Seats were fine wrt visibility to the basketball game. Recommend avoiding this place. Worse $100 per person meal ever.

There’s a reason the ratings are low! Quality is subpar and service is not great! But hey, it’s all about the experience. Definitely do not appreciate being stereotyped or seated in a specific section where servers refuse to assist.

Yes, this is a great way to watch the game. And yes it is a buffett, so you would think that the service would not matter that much. But i have to say that the service has been consistently bad when i have come here. We were halfway through meal before our server came over. Let me give you some tips if you encounter the same level of service we did. 1. If you cant find a clean plate, take one from an empty table. 2. If you need a refill of water there are metal pitchers you can grab yourself. 3. They do not do a very good job in replenishing the buffett, if there is something you like grab it early. 4. They are a little stingy at the carving station, dont be shy, ask for more if you like. They know you are there to watch the game so they really do not try that hard, keep your expectations low for the restaurant and focus on the game

I tried several times to make reservations for July 23 after receiving an e-mail to call and after 5 tries and leaving a message each time with 2 different phone #’s I gave up and went on line and reserved a table for two. Then almost a week later I was put in the hospital and tried again to call to cancel my reservations. Well needless to say it is July 22nd, and I still have not received a call.

Went to the restaurant before the raptors vs magic game it took 45 mins to be seated once seated it took another 45 mins to get drinks by then we had finished eating and had asked for the bill so we could get to our seats and we were shocked by the bill 700 us dollars for less then average service and decent food.
