The food and service was amazing as usual. I cannot wait for the new location in Eagle River to open in 2024.

Food was absolutely amazing and the drinks were great. They have amazing white queso which is so hard to find up here that actually tastes delicious. 10/10 recommend. Will be back!

We wanted to like it but we just couldn’t. Service was horrible. It was like every employee went out of their way not to make eye contact so they didn’t have to acknowledge you. Multiple items forgotten with our order and the food was extremely subpar. To put it in perspective, my wife and I each took about 3 bites and then left the rest of the food there. The server knew something was wrong but didn’t say a thing until she dropped the check back off at the table after processing the card and said “I’m sorry” and just walked away…. I was at a complete loss for words. I really wish that it was a different restaurant that was building a new location in Eagle River and not Jalapeños :(.

We are here after a long day of snow machining. Great seating areas. Asked for the biggest burrito. They didn’t disappoint with the size but with the quality of the meat. Though it was towards close of business I felt the meat was old. They did load it up with a lot of rice (more rice then I though was normal).

We used to go to Jalapeños all the time and it used to be great, when we went the other day the food was just bad. My burrito was old, and tasted almost rotten. The rice and beans were completely flavorless. Neither one of finished our food and set almost all of it to the side. We then ordered fried icecream, and when we got it the eggs were still running through the cornflakes which happens when you don’t fry it. We ended up getting super sick and puking the entire night

Very good food! Several things were forgotten on my order, but nothing too important. We really enjoyed our meals and the servers were nice.

We ate here yesterday in Eagle River. My husband who is a Type 1 diabetic ordered a vodka and Diet Coke. Once received he took a few sips and knew it wasn’t the correct drink. It was a captain and Coke. We told our server Heather we knew we had the wrong drink and it’s important being he’s Type 1 and that could cause serious issue with only the fees sips he took. She smiled and said “No that was the correct drink” I responded with “we both tasted it, no it’s not!” She kept smiling and just said “so you don’t want it?” My husband said “I guess I’ll stick with water” She simply took the drink back. No apology, no offer to redo it etc. Sure enough, his blood sugar went high before we even left the restaurant. I wrote on the receipt but want you to know. Remind your employees to be very considerate of and respectful of people with special diets. We are regular customers but this has changed our opinion and thoughts on returning drastically.
