Since the staff has changed recently, my customer experience has been disappointing. Within the last handful of visits I’ve been handed the wrong order twice in one day, waited an unnecessary amount of time for them to find my order on their list only to find that it was completed but never put out on the pick up shelf, waiting for the staff to finish their conversations before handing me my food and today, finding a disgusting hair two bites into my sandwich. Never going to this location again.

The woman with the shaved green and blonde dyed hair who took my order was incredibly rude. First of all she was being rude to every customer and when I ordered my drink she asked me if I wanted cold foam and I said yes because I paid for it already and then she said they didn’t charge me for it and then yelled at me for not saying my whole order then I told her I already did but didn’t give me my receipt so when I got it there was no cold foam, when I asked her if she could add some she said they didn’t charge me for it and refused. So disgusting and rude. Its not my fault you hate your job !

As a professional coffee shop, you don’t have the luxury of making stupid mistakes, especially after getting paid $6 for a cup of macchiato. I specifically asked for a hot one, they served a cold one, not iced just cold. Worst experience.

I made an online order of $50 to pick up munchkins and a box of joe for my son’s birthday today. The order was supposed to be ready by 8am. I got a text that the order is almost ready. It’s 8:30, they’re still not working on my order. There’s a huge line going out the door. And I’m still here. Why pay so much for nothing? Lost of time and money. If I could rate this 0 stars I would.

Not sure if it is an app issue, but I paid for an order the night before, and my wife goes to pick up and they don’t have it. Instead of helping her find the order or actually trying to fill the order they missed, they instead just take other customers. Apparently, larger online orders aren’t prioritized.
