I went to this Chinese restaurant and it was amazing! The place was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was so good, my taste buds were dancing! The dumplings were juicy, the hot and sour soup was perfectly spicy, and the General Tso’s chicken was crispy and flavorful. I especially loved the Szechuan beef – it was so tender and tasty. The prices were also very reasonable for the generous portions. I left feeling full and happy, already planning my next visit. If you’re looking for delicious Chinese food and a great dining experience, check out this place!

Tried jade palace out because Golden Wok in red hook has declined in quality and flavor. Jade Palace is cheaper and the food is much better. Wasn’t disappointed. Will be back!

I was wanting Chinese food and found this place on Google and am really happy that I chose to go in. Absolutely the best Chinese restaurant in town- better than most of the Asian restaurants in Red hook and Rhinebeck . My friend and I tried several high-rated( 4.5 ~4.8) restaurants and ended up like . But this one really surprised us with great food and warm-hearted services. The inside has great Covid protocol and the staff was very accommodating. Highly recommend the chicken lo mein and orange chicken. The restaurant accommodated the request for white meat for the orange chicken which was very nice of them. Would definitely come back again.

I’m not into Chinese food in general but o love Shrimp and Spring rolls and these were by far the worst spring and shrimp rolls I’ve had in memory. They had absolutely no flavor I’m serious, “Zero” seasoning. I was so very disappointed. It’s like a restaurant who can’t get a salad right, you that if the salad is bad everything else usually is as well. Anyone who thinks Jade Palace food has taste has never had good food. I’m a world traveler and I’ve eaten in restaurants in many different European countries and had Asian food of many types and never have any of them been this tasteless. Why is it so hard to season food if you’re a restaurant?

Prices are reasonable, food was made quickly and hit the spot. Employees are courteous over the phone and the restaurants’ COVID-19 protocols made me feel very at ease ordering pickup from Jade Palace. A great option for Chinese food on an otherwise sparse list for the area. Plenty of vegetarian options (bean curd and broccoli was delicious) as well as classic favorites (my partner ordered “extra spicy” General Tso’s combo dinner, he was not disappointed)!

The food was absolutely horrible. We could not enjoy it no matter how hard we tried. The rice was dry and one of the combos rice had some sort of soap and dirty dishwater taste to it. The sweet and sour chicken was also dry and very chewy and some of the pieces didn’t even have chicken in it. The sesame chicken was also very dry and chewy. We were all left with stomach aches after eating 1/4 of the food before throwing it out. Definitely do not recommend.
