Nice bar and love that it is NO SMOKING. I have been going to this place since I moved to this area about 3 years ago. I had my bachelorette party here last August and celebrated my birthday a couple weeks ago here as well. My friends and I enjoy going on the weekends for Karaoke. The hosts are always so nice and fun.

I’ve been in here multiple times. The bartender is always brusk, impatient and not friendly in the least. Horrible at customer service. She’s never gone the tiny bit extra to be cordial, warm or kind. I think if she smiled, her face would crack and fall off. I don’t tip bar staff with the personality of a snapping turtle.

This was my very first time coming into Jacob’s Well since I moved to town. One thing is for sure, it is a completely different planet, compared to the other places in town. I actually had a good time singing karaoke. Everyone including the bartender was very friendly.
