We go here when we take our son to the splash pad because it’s convenient, despite the cost not matching up to the quality of the ice cream. Today, we ordered our son a kids size soft serve with m&ms. She grabbed the adult small so I said “kids size please” again. She said she’d put it In that size because of the M&Ms. I thought that was nice and said thank you. I then ordered another kid size of another flavor with no toppings due to being dairy sensitive and not wanting to pay for ice cream we would have to throw away. She handed me the adult size small and I told her I asked for the kids size. She said “our small is basically a kids size” and continued to charge us for two adult smalls and then a one dip cone. It wasn’t worth the argument while my son was so happy to have a treat. Instead, We now will bring our business (and our friends with small children) elsewhere, as it’s not our only option in town and the other places have a kids sized option that they aren’t stingy about giving.

Best ice cream shop ever. I tried this place for the first time yesterday as my visitors wanted to go out for ice cream. This place was amazing. So many varieties of delicious ice cream, new and familiar. Reminded me of the old Baskin Robbins, but even better. A variety of cones, too, even chocolate covered. The scoops were huge and the staff was friendly. They let me try a sample of one that looked yummy and it certainly was. I will return to this place. Many times.

Good ice cream but disappointing service. We came in as a large group and the woman behind the counter was immediately annoyed by the amount of people. After we ordered our ice creams we sat down to eat them. We had multiple kids with us and when it was time to leave the woman behind the counter came up and accused one of the boys with us, who happened to have brown skin, of stealing sunglasses. We told her three times they were his glasses, despite her shop not even selling that style or size of sunglasses. Regardless of how good the ice cream was we won’t be back

We frequently go here with our family! I was super mad when the young girl behind the counter was mean to my granddaughter! She is 7. Won’t be going here anymore I can get over priced ice cream anywhere. Nice way to put yourself right out of business.

Decent ice cream but the customer service was AWFUL!!!! At one point I even asked the older woman behind the counter if there was a problem with us as customers. Such an immense turn off…. it took all my will power not to leave and find a shop worthy of customers.
