So idk what was off with this shift 4/8/2023 night shift about 9:30 pm. The woman working the counter was prompt in asking me what I wanted. I asked her kindly to give me a moment my husband was in the restroom. When he got out she gave us time to order, but when I went to tell her what I wanted she stuck her finger up to let me know to hold on. OK, I’m hungry I just shut my mouth and waited. We both ordered then paid. We both ordered large cokes with our meal. She didn’t even fill either of them up all the way. They set our fries on the tray to wait for the burgers to get done which took exactly 12 minutes. So our fries were cold and truthfully tasted like they had been cooked for a while. I ordered the bigger jack and my husband got a 2 for 6 deal with a double cheese burger and bologna sandwhich. The double cheese burger and the bigger jack look the same. Now on to the cleanliness of the place. The lobby area was clean and well maintained. The windo2s definitely need to be cleaned they look awful. The bathrooms are clean as well which was nice. Over all it was OK here, but they definitely need to touch up on customer service and food preparation. No one wants cold food or half empty drinks.

If I were to return, I’d choose from the dairy desserts e.g., shakes/ice cream. Bathrooms were stocked and clean. Staff was friendly. The building was pleasantly cool on an extremely hot day.

Jack’s is so good!! I had a chicken sandwich and it compares to Popeyes! the fries are nice and crispy as well and salted to perfection. Dining in is the way to go, it’s fast and easy.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered a 2 pc all dark meat. Waited about 10 mins, order was wrong. Didn’t ask what 2 sides I wanted just doubled the one I requested (didn’t know I got 2) And just didn’t put a biscuit in at all. Had to go back in for that and wait while they microwaved it. Won’t come back to this one! The Jacks in Water Valley is great

Food is always cold,employees at counter always on their cell phones, not paying attention to customers who are needing drinks refilled!! I ate at jacks at least 3 times a week because it was as good as the other chicken places in pontotoc. KFC is also terrible!! Now I eat at zaxbys because owner cares about his customers and makes sure order is right and food is hot!!! Eat there at least 4 times a week!! As matter of fact headed there now!!!

Pretty simple order yet we had to go back twice due to our order being wrong. There was no sweet tea made and when I told the girl at the counter she made no movement to get any made. Just asked what else I wanted. The fries were cold and hard with no seasoning on them. The chicken strips were also cold and hard. Our burger looked like a 2year old put it together. Over all very disappointed.
