Overall, it’s a nice location. It depends on whether the A team or the B team is on, though. I’m not a fan of their teas, I don’t drink coffee, but their pastries are always top-notch.

This place has awful customer service and they can’t seem to make drinks properly. Went through the drive thru and waited at the window for 10 mins for two drinks. The second drink was a venti iced vanilla latte for my sister. When I got back home she took a sip and there was no vanilla syrup so I brought it back to get a different drink. When I got to the counter to tell her all she said was what was the drink and do you have a card to put the money back. There was no apology and she seemed annoyed as if it was my fault (like I wanted to drive all the way back there in the first place) Then she did not convey to the people making the drink that it was a mess up and the drink needed to be remade asap instead I waited and after some time I asked where the drink was and was told it’s a 15 minute wait time. I told her it was unacceptable as it was a wrong drink order and she said oh nobody told me there was a remake. Again no apology. She gave the other man the cup to make the drink and I still waited another 5 minutes only to have him give me the drink wrong so I said to him this is wrong and he took it back again with no apology. He then remade it and when I got back home it was completely wrong still. It was a pink drink with no coconut milk in it. I understand being overwhelmed. But that doesn’t mean that the customer service should be horrible. I don’t think I’ll be going back here again and I don’t recommend anybody go here if they plan on getting in and out.

Have been to this store a few times….same results every time. Drinks are made well but service is horrible. I have had to wait 20 to 25 minutes for my drinks to be made and got attitude when I asked about the wait. People who came in after me left before me. I have not had this same issue at other Starbucks stores. The attitude of the workers was just horrible. Beware…not the place to go for a “quick” drink.
