Went it tonight to get dinner and got a complete mess of a sub. Zero meat on a turkey sub, not toasted even though I asked for extra toasted, and was missing cucumbers and green peopers. Everytime Ive ordered here, im dissapointed. As a former manager at a subway, its so easy to run so seeing such a pathetic display of professionalism is lousy. Owner is lucky i wasnt in there when they were.

Stopped for a quick lunch on our way back from Washington, D.C., but the experience was disappointing. The restroom was in poor condition, and staff seemed uncooperative. We ordered three footlongs, and my app showed the fourth should be complimentary, but the cashier refused, saying it could only be redeemed after a few days—not immediately, which was surprising.

Location offers uncongested off street parking. As repeat customer around 4;00 pm no line and no heavy lobby foot traffic. Provides for peaceful eating inside. Food quality is good. Female bilingual staff appear sincere toward prompt service. Will suggest overhead music volume be lowered.

I Arrived at 1010am on Saturday. 10 minutes after opening time. Door was locked. I saw someone inside and knocked on door. Blond guy never opened door so I left. Very odd.

Usually this Subway is pretty good. I’ve gone here multiple times as I visit here often. However, this past Sunday was the first time I had a major issue. Whoever made the sandwich skimmed on the meat (paid for double meat too) and there was almost no sauce on either sandwhich. One was a buffalo chicken sub and the other terrakyi. It was so subtle and dry.. like they smeared half a teaspoon.. not happy at all. Also, the pretzel stick was pretty hard and they forgot the mustard. Other than that, usually this place is better than many other Subways in Frederick. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again. This food isn’t cheap..

Absolutely horrible service. Walked in and there was one customer getting a sub, went to counter and stood (I was just getting a drink and cookie). While he was checking the other customer out, two more individuals walked in and stood behind me. When he finished at the register he looked right past me and asked the other two individuals what he could get for them. I mentioned I was in line and the customers looked at me, but the Subway worker never raised his head to acknowledge me and continued asking them what they would like. I mentioned it again, he looked at me and then turned his head and asked the other person what they wanted. To top it off, he ran out of mayo and went to the back to get more, spilled it on the way out from the back, never changed gloves and actually shook the spilled mayo off of his hand onto the sub he was making. Needless to say, I left.

The food was pretty normal for a Subway. Building was nice and clean too. But the heat? Oh man, let me tell ya, the heat was PUMPIN. I was very warm when I left, and I was in there for maybe like 10 minutes, max. But that’s okay. Overall, a good experience.

Walking into this restaurant is very relaxing. It’s wide open and clean. The service is always friendly and the food is prepared well and correctly, while tasting great. Other Subway’s have turned me off of the chain, but this restaurant has renewed my taste for their sandwiches.
