Nothing like going to Jack’s to ruin your day! Ladies in drive thru gave me an anxiety attack with how rude they were and let’s not forget how I asked for 2 ranch (2 meals) and got 25% of one cup of ranch 🙂 I’m too scared to eat it cuz it looks like someone dipped in it and before I left asked if both were there and they lied to my face. Don’t get the new bacon fries cause there’s only 5 pieces of shredded cheese on the side! I work fast food too and this is the worst behaved employees I’ve seen.. this is not how we treat customers guys!

I usually go for breakfast so I really can’t comment on the lunch. The food comes out fast and hot. They have a pretty good variety for a good price. Being on the go headed to work this is always a good choice. No one is perfect and one day they got my order wrong. I did call and they fixed it up for me with no issues. They far exceeded my expectations and didn’t give me a hard time about it. Thanks to all the team members for going the extra mile and above and beyond making my day! Also the manager was Cassandra that day.

Terrible food service and quality before 9am, biscuits were dry, burnt and taste terrible, as did the rest of my order, especially the sausage or whatever they called that thing lol as well as my fiancees. Appears the general manager doesn’t know how to manage nor train staff properly, pretty sure on of the employees said her name was Sharon or Sharrin.

Jack’s is by far my favorite breakfast spot. I always get the double biscuit & gravy. However here lately they have been horrible. Very skimpy on the gravy biscuit hard. I don’t know what’s going on but this is unacceptable. I have pictures I just don’t know how to add them.

While the restaurant drive thru line was relatively long, once we arrived at the order speaker, the staff apologized for our wait, explained they were short handed. We appreciated the honesty and decided waiting wasn’t an issue based upon the customer appreciation examples. Would recommend this location to others. Food was prepared well. Presentation was nice considering how busy they were. Well cooked. Very friendly manager at the window.

Chicken is miniature and the “sides” I’m sure are measured in tablespoons. I’d give it more than 1 star if it didn’t also taste bad and cost so much for so little.

I ordered online this morning. I sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes with no movement. I figured it may be quicker to go inside so i parked and went to the door to find out both door were locked. My only option was to get back in line that was even longer now. I called to see if they could just cancel my order and refund my money. He told me he was there alone and all he could do was wait till i got around to the window to see what he could do. I could not wait who knows how long to get a refund maybe. Which doesn’t even make since. Why would i wait the whole time to get a refund, if i could wait i would wait on the food! I know its not his fault but why is he there alone and why accept online orders saying it would be ready in 10 mins if that is not the case!! The corporate number was no help, had to just leave a message with them. Very poor leadership all around.
