First time eating here, and I’m definitely coming back! Went for breakfast at the Batesville location, went through the drive-thru and got my food in literally seconds. The person at window was so nice. Everything was hot and delicious. My drink actually tasted like the drink, not watered-down like other places. The biscuit was the best I’ve ever tasted. I’m 30+ miles away, but I will definitely make the drive to get their food.

The one in Batesville is way better than the one in olive branch. They were nice, quick, my food was hot and just the way I asked for it to be. Olive branch workers are rude, slow, and they wait until you pay and try to pass out something that you didn’t order. Then say “oh we are out of that item”. AFTER THEY CASH YOU OUT.

Always order at the window. Orders are never right, and the people at the window always have some kind of crazy look on thier face, or a bad attitude. Food is ok when they get the order right. I will not be going back, and would not recommend this location to anyone else. The other locations are not like this.

Food was good and I enjoy eating here, however the person who worked the register was both rude and barely acknowledged me when I tried to order. It took at least 20 minutes to receive my food (a basic 3 piece chicken + fries) with the entire restaurant being empty & only two people at the drive through. I really enjoy eating at Jack’s (My family and I come at least twice a week since it opened) because it’s both reasonably priced and the food is great, but the service needs to be better or I refuse to spend my money there.
